Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles Reviews
Cute little spot right in the best area of Fort Lee with all the other goodies. We tried 3 different types of ramen and the flavors were all so rich and concentrated, delicious. Eggs were perfectly cooked too, which is a must.Tried yubu for the first time and was pleasantly shrouded surprised at how much I enjoyed it.Crab croquettes tasted like crab fettuccine haha who wouldn't love that and the chicken karaage was nice and crispy. I'll definitely be back to bring my sister !
May 20, 2025 · sheila ghobadiWe absolutely love Tsujita Tsukemen (dipping noodles) in Los Angeles, but honestly, the one here in New Jersey is the best we’ve had! The flavors are rich, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the variety is amazing! Especially the miso ramen and motsu ramen ;) If you’re a true ramen lover on the East Coast, this spot is a must-try!
May 07, 2025 · Naomi MatsunumaThe food was good and tasty, but I wasn’t satisfied when we finished. I liked the fresh seafood in the rice bowl, but the portion was very small. Tonkatsu ramen was warm and tasty, but left an oily aftertaste. The takoyaki was great. For two people who don’t have big appetites, these 3 were not enough food.
Jan 25, 2025 · Jaelee JGreat tasting ramen and appetizers, broth tasted authentic and different from other options in the area. Good service too, will be back.
Mar 12, 2025 · Joe DTsujita Artisan Noodle is my little secret spot that I only recommend to close friends—and for good reason. It’s a tiny place, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in flavor. Every dish is handmade and absolutely delicious. The unagi sauce is rich, savory, and packed with umami, and the noodles are perfectly cooked with just the right amount of bite. It’s the kind of place that quietly delivers excellence in every bowl. A true hidden gem.
