Impeccable service and extremely knowledgeable servers - we had Jack. The sashimi is the highest quality I've ever had and it was all garnished and prepared like a Michelin star restaurant. The fried milk dessert was insane! Very modern Japanese vibe inside. Will definitely return!

Even though my husband couldn’t join me due to an unexpected issue, the team went above and beyond to make sure I still felt celebrated and cared for. Paolo provided exceptional service—so warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The food was one of the best meals of my life. Every bite was unforgettable. Michelle and the rest of the Uchi staff were phenomenal — their attention to detail, welcoming conversation, and decadent offerings all made the experience top notch. I had high expectations, and they surpassed all of them. Come hungry, and enjoy all the Uchi has to offer! You won’t be disappointed.

We were a bit annoyed because from the moment we walked in up until the moment we left, there were a few tables that were open the entire time that we could've been seated at! For places like these, a table is more preferred.Our bartender was great though! Funny, cool guy. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. He chatted with us a bit and even offered to buy our dessert. Super nice of him! We opted out though since we knew we were getting dessert elsewhere. Didn't realize we ordered two hotate items. He thought the Spicy Tuna Crunch was something completely different and was disappointed to see that it was not what he thought it was. We also didn't realize uni nigiri was 1 piece for $24. Everything tasted fresh but all of the raw items were close to room temp. I prefer sushi/sashimi to be cold.
March 10 · Lien SThis has quickly become our favorite restaurant, we’ve already been twice in the past two months and can’t wait to return next month. Everything here is incredible, and the servers are wonderfully kind and attentive. The fried milk is absolutely divine, and the hachi no hiza is dangerously easy to drink, like a refreshing tart lemonade. The only small note about the atmosphere is that it tends to be a bit chilly, so bringing an extra layer is a good idea. The noise level is on the higher side, but conversations are still manageable.
