However, New York locals should be aware of a common practice noted by customers: a slight additional charge (e.g., ¢50) for iced beverages. Beyond this, the "special offers" at Vert Frais are more about the experience itself: the unique menu items like soufflé pancakes and lavender lattes, the aesthetic ambiance, and the excellent service. For those planning a visit, checking their social media pages (if available publicly) or simply arriving during off-peak hours (like a weekday afternoon) might serve as a "promotion" by ensuring a less crowded experience. Any specific, limited-time offers would likely be advertised directly at the location or through their online presence.

Vert Frais Reviews
Went for brunch with the girls and had a lovely time here! We came around 2PM on a Wednesday and it wasn’t busy at all - plenty of empty seats. The food & drinks are a bit pricey (add ¢50 for iced bevs) however the presentation & taste as well as the atmosphere make up for it!I ordered the lavender latte and it was delicious and so well balanced. My friend ordered an iced matcha and hot cocoa and it tasted great. The matcha was excellent (not milky at all). The food was pretty good.Overall, this is a great place to catch up with friends / family and snap some aesthetic photos. Definitely coming here again.
Mar 28, 2025 · Sabrynne YuRecommended to come here from a friend who saw it on social media. We got here about an hour after they opened on a Saturday morning and there was already a 10 person line out of the place. The line moved somewhat fast, and because it was only 2 people we were able to pass the larger groups when 2 bar seats opened up. The place is very pretty, and everything on the menu makes your mouth water. They have a stunning menu for speciality coffees and cocktails. I ordered the Classic French Toast, and my wife ordered the soufflé Pancakes. My food arrived within 10 minutes but my wife waited over 30 minutes for hers, which was alittle disappointing, despite the place being busy. The servers are very polite, apologizing for the slowdown, and gave us some complimentary cookies when we left. The bathroom is beautiful. Reasonable prices for this quality of food. The French toast was delicious, and not heavy!
Apr 12, 2025 · J DubsI got to be honest, I was slightly underwhelmed. Ok. The atmosphere and the service was on point! The place was extremely nice. Perfect for a brunch date or just hanging with friends. They were extremely busy but the servers was always there asking questions and refilling our waters. Five stars on both! However, the food…..🥺. It all LOOKED amazing! Absolutely amazing but the pancakes were just ok. Unfortunately, they were extremely small and very light. It felt like your biting into air. Yes, that sounds amazing! Until you realize damn this is not filling at all. Also, it looks amazing but it just didn’t have any outstanding flavor or innovation to it. Same for the Mont Blanc pancake. Hey, I’m not the biggest fan, red bean, so I’m bias here but I still didn’t get any flavor really from this. And the Omurice: DRYYYY!!! I’m sorry but No flavor at all. I was hoping for more egg than rice. If you LOVE rice then this is for you. But get ready to ask for hot sauce because it was lacking. I’m sorry this was not it for me.However, funny enough the showstopper was the chicken Karaage! It was extremely flavorful and honestly my partner and I both wanted to order more of just that. Go there and order that! It’s amazing! But overall, especially for the prices of just a pancake, this is a pass for me. I still recommend to go for the atmosphere and the experience. But don’t be surprised if you leave there a bit unfulfilled.
Apr 29, 2025 · Eddie JFrom the moment you step through the doors, you're welcomed by an atmosphere that feels both warm and elevated—sophisticated yet inviting, with beautiful decor and the most welcoming of hostesses. The ambiance alone makes it feel like a special occasion every time, but the real magic is in the food and the service.Every dish I’ve tried at Vert Frais has been nothing short of exceptional. The ingredients are clearly fresh and thoughtfully sourced, and each plate is artfully crafted with a balance of flavor and presentation that never fails to impress. Whether it’s a simple salad or a more complex entrée, you can truly taste the care and creativity in every bite. It's the kind of food that you find yourself thinking about long after the meal is over. And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome and cared for, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. It’s clear that hospitality is at the heart of everything they do.If you haven’t been yet, go. And if you have, you already know—you’ll be dreaming about your next visit the moment you leave!
Apr 22, 2025 · Kaila DavidsonCame here for brunch on Sunday morning. It was very busy, took 20 minutes to sit right after opening. Line was out the door. Service was slow, but they were busy. Hard to get attention from servers. Food was immaculate. The chicken karage was delicious and crisp. The omurice was flavorful, egg was cooked to perfection. And the matcha soufle pancake was absolutely to die for. Not too sweet, just right. Delicious and light. Overall, it was a lovely brunch. It’s busy and rightfully so.
