Wasabi Factory Introduce
In the vibrant culinary landscape of Everett, Washington, Wasabi Factory emerges as a notable destination for those seeking Japanese cuisine, specifically sushi. Located at 7415 Hardeson Rd #A, Everett, WA 98203, this establishment operates within a unique context, being presented on a platform typically associated with healthcare services, such as "Doctor Near Me." While this categorization might seem unconventional for a restaurant, it underscores a broader utility of such platforms, allowing for discovery of local businesses that cater to various needs and desires, including dining. For local users exploring their community for services and goods, Wasabi Factory represents an option for satisfying culinary preferences.
Wasabi Factory is accessible via phone at (425) 480-4311, with the mobile phone contact also listed as +1 425-480-4311, ensuring ease of communication for reservations, inquiries, or takeout orders. The restaurant’s presence in Everett adds to the city’s diverse gastronomic offerings, providing residents and visitors alike with a specialized option for Japanese fare. Understanding the nuances of Wasabi Factory requires a comprehensive look at various facets, including its environment, the services it provides, its distinguishing features, and any potential promotional activities, all based on publicly available information, particularly customer feedback.
The atmosphere of a sushi restaurant plays a crucial role in the overall dining experience, influencing comfort, mood, and perception of the cuisine. While specific details about Wasabi Factory's interior design, decor elements, seating arrangements, and general ambiance are not extensively provided in the given information, a typical sushi establishment often strives for a balance of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern comfort. This could involve minimalist decor, natural wood accents, ambient lighting, and perhaps some art reflecting Japanese culture. Such an environment aims to create a serene and welcoming space where diners can relax and savor their meal. The absence of explicit details regarding Wasabi Factory's environment in the provided text means an objective assessment must acknowledge this informational gap. However, the nature of a sushi restaurant generally suggests an expectation of cleanliness and a pleasant setting, crucial for enjoying delicate flavors. The experience of the environment is often intertwined with the service and the quality of the food, forming a cohesive dining memory.
As a sushi restaurant, Wasabi Factory's primary service revolves around providing freshly prepared Japanese dishes, with a strong emphasis on sushi and sashimi. This typically includes a wide array of rolls, nigiri, and perhaps other traditional Japanese appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Beyond dine-in service, many contemporary restaurants, especially those catering to a local clientele, offer takeout and potentially delivery services to accommodate varying customer preferences and lifestyles. The ease of calling ahead to place an order, as facilitated by their listed phone numbers, suggests a commitment to convenient service options. A key aspect of service in any dining establishment is the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. This includes everything from greeting customers to taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and addressing any concerns that may arise during the meal. The provided customer reviews, though contrasting, highlight the direct interaction between staff and patrons, which is a critical component of the service experience. The ability of the staff to manage customer feedback and maintain a positive dining atmosphere is integral to the restaurant's reputation.
The distinctive features of Wasabi Factory, as gleaned from customer reviews, present a complex picture. One review lauds the establishment with a perfect five-star rating, asserting that the food is "so tasty and fresh" and that "the staff attention unmatched." This patron unequivocally declares it "the best Japanese restaurant in Great Seattle area," despite its distance from their home, indicating a willingness to travel for what they perceive as superior quality and service. This suggests that for some customers, Wasabi Factory stands out due to its culinary excellence and exemplary customer care. The mention of "fair prices" also points to value for money as a significant draw, making it an attractive option for regular visits.
Conversely, another review offers a starkly different perspective, rating the experience as "Zero out five stars." This customer reported ordering "4 rolls and all of them were terrible," describing the fish as “‘fishy’ and chewy,” to the extent that they "didn’t even finish a single roll." A particularly contentious point for this reviewer was a staff member's response to their dissatisfaction, which they perceived as dismissive and insulting, being told they "never experienced real Japanese style sushi before." This interaction highlights a potential issue with handling customer complaints and managing expectations. The contrast between these reviews underscores that individual experiences can vary widely, influenced by factors such as personal taste, expectations, and interactions with staff. Therefore, a key feature of Wasabi Factory, from an objective standpoint, appears to be its ability to elicit highly polarized customer reactions regarding both food quality and service. This duality suggests that while some find their offerings to be of exceptional quality and value, others have encountered significant disappointments.
Specific promotional information, such as current deals, loyalty programs, or special events, is not provided in the given text. However, successful restaurants often engage in various forms of promotion to attract and retain customers. This could include seasonal menus, happy hour specials, discounts for online orders, or participation in local community events. The very act of being listed on platforms like "Doctor Near Me," even if unusual for a restaurant, serves as a form of promotion, increasing visibility to a local audience actively searching for services. Customer reviews, whether positive or negative, also function as a powerful form of word-of-mouth promotion or deterrence. The fact that Wasabi Factory has garnered a significant number of reviews, leading to an average rating of 4.6 stars as noted by one customer (though specific average rating data was not provided in the prompt), indicates a level of public engagement and recognition. This suggests that while formal promotions might not be detailed, the restaurant benefits from its customer base sharing their experiences online. For potential diners, these online reviews become a critical source of information, influencing their decision to visit. The restaurant's responsiveness to feedback, as demonstrated by the staff approaching the dissatisfied customer, also indicates an active, albeit sometimes challenging, engagement with customer satisfaction. Ultimately, for Wasabi Factory, its reputation is built upon the sum of individual customer experiences, both the overwhelmingly positive and the decidedly negative, shaping its overall promotional narrative in the local market.
In conclusion, Wasabi Factory in Everett, WA, offers a culinary option for those seeking Japanese cuisine. While the available information paints a picture of contrasting customer experiences regarding food quality and service interactions, it is clear that the restaurant has made a notable impression within its community. Its accessibility via phone and its physical location on Hardeson Road make it a convenient choice for local patrons. As with any dining establishment, potential customers are encouraged to consider the range of feedback and perhaps experience Wasabi Factory firsthand to form their own informed opinion on its environment, services, features, and overall value.

Wasabi Factory Reviews
Checked this place out after seeing that it had 4.6 stars. We ordered 4 rolls and all of them were terrible. All of the fish was “fishy” and chewy. We didn’t even finish a single roll. One of the staff noticed us not eating and approached to see if everything was ok. I started to explain the situation and the guy tried to tell me that I’ve never experienced real Japanese style sushi before and asked what usually order. At this point I felt pretty insulted and we started going back and forth. He didn’t offer anything off and I ended up paying the $70 and leaving. I am not one for saying anything when things are bad and usually take it as a lesson learned but I have never had a restaurant try to tell me that their horrible food was my palate or experience of that certain cuisine. I will never be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Zero out five stars……
Apr 26, 2025 · William MillerIf I could only review 1 place 5 stars on google maps, this would be it.The food is so tasty and fresh. The prices are fair, the staff attention unmatched. 5/5 a bit away from our home but definitely coming back. The best japanese restaurant in Great Seattle area.
Jul 22, 2023 · Nadia MichelleFrom beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very clean, the menu was full of choices and the service was very quick, attentive and on point. Our food was brought out quickly and everything appeared fresh and tasted delicious. We will certainly be back and look forward to trying other menu items.
Feb 03, 2025 · J.D. StollwerckTakeout; rolls must be smaller in takeout than when you eat in the restaurant; but if they’re going to give you such small portions for takeout, they should reduce the price as well. $80 for a “lite meal,” super bummer.Time of order said 20-30 min till ready, but was closer to an hour and was thrown together. Rolls were okay, but not noteworthy. I think they forgot to put any of the sauces or toppings on. Only 1 pack of soy for 3 special rolls with extra sashimi. The special rolls were like other sushi spots’ regular rolls; smaller portion sizes than the grocery store chilled section sushi, could have just spent like $18e at the grocery for a more filling and otherwise similar experience. The escolar by itself was a 5, but the rest of the experience kind of brought it down. I do not recommend takeout here. My one amazing bite just highlighted how mediocre the rest was. Other reviews suggest dining in might be totally different.Shit happens, it was just one meal. Hope you fare better.
Feb 15, 2025 · Shannon Bean-ScaliseQuick, friendly, and attentive service. The food was delicious..we ordered "to go" and it was well packaged. Definitely want to go back and try more menu items. *Update* we went back and tried different rolls and now I wish we had more. once again so delicious.
