YAYOI RAMEN Reviews
We recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. Having been to many Asian establishments, we were eager to try this location, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces conveniently located at the front, making it easily accessible. We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and the atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. The service was very good. The staff was attentive, particularly the gentleman refilling our water glasses. He never left them empty, ensuring we were always well taken care of. Our food arrived quickly, which added to the overall positive experience. However, the customer service could be a little better. When we walked in, nobody greeted us at the door; instead, they waved us over from a distance. Similarly, when we were leaving, nobody said goodbye or invited us to return. Considering the restaurant was not busy during our visit, the staff could have been more focused on each table, which would have made the experience even better. While we love ramen and noticed they had a great option to build your own ramen, we decided to try something different this time. We ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box, seaweed salad with beef short ribs, and chicken karaage donburi with fried rice. Each dish was delicious, perfectly prepared, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. The menu included a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a good selection of teas. The prices were affordable and very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality and experience.Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4.5 out of 5 stars. This is a great spot for a relaxed lunch with colleagues or a casual meet-up with friends. The friendly service, great food, inviting atmosphere, and reasonable pricing make it a place I recommend if you like Japanese cuisine. With a little improvement in customer service, it could easily become a five-star experience.
Jan 06, 2025 · Luda PWow! Such amazing food here. The service was on point. I ordered fried shumi for appetizers, opted to make my own ramen with house noodles, tonkotsu broth , teriyaki chatsu pork , corn scallions and bean sprouts. Very tasteful great umami.
May 03, 2025 · B VYayoi Ramen has quickly become a contender for top ramen in the area, and for good reason! Their pork buns are truly exceptional – the perfect balance of fluffy bun and savory, tender pork. Seriously, don't miss out on these. The tonkotsu ramen was another highlight. The broth was rich and creamy, coating the perfectly cooked noodles. It's a deeply satisfying and flavorful bowl that hits all the right notes. While most of our experience was fantastic, the stir-fry ramen was a bit of a letdown. Unfortunately, the noodles seemed overcooked, resulting in a somewhat mushy texture, and it was also noticeably greasy. This was the only dish that didn't quite live up to the high standards set by the rest of the meal.Despite this one misstep, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself boasts a clean and pleasant atmosphere, making for a comfortable dining experience.Overall, Yayoi Ramen offers a lot to love, especially their incredible pork buns and delicious tonkotsu ramen. While the stir-fry ramen needs some attention, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere ensure that I will definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu.
Apr 15, 2025 · Moses CastilloI didn't enjoy the ramen bowls- some of the flavors were over powering. They have great bubble tea, mango is my favorite flavor!
Apr 06, 2025 · Veeda BIt was good! Came here for the first time, and came right after lunchtime concluded. Lunch time is the best deal, however, so come during 12-3pm to get your money worth!!
