Yoki Sushi Introduce
For Californians with a serious craving for sushi, the allure of an "all-you-can-eat" (AYCE) experience that doesn't compromise on quality is often the holy grail. In the heart of San Francisco, a city known for its diverse culinary scene, Yoki Sushi has carved out a distinct niche by offering just that: a popular AYCE sushi option that aims to deliver "pretty good" quality, especially for sashimi, at a "great price." This bustling establishment has become a magnet for locals and visitors alike, drawn in by the promise of abundant sushi and a lively atmosphere.
Yoki Sushi is more than just a place to satisfy a large appetite; it's a dynamic dining spot where the energy is palpable. While the service can sometimes be a bit "slow" or "hard to find" due to how "busy" and "popular" they are, the overall consensus points to a satisfying experience for the value. From their extensive selection of traditional and specialty rolls to a variety of Japanese appetizers and grilled dishes like yakitori, Yoki Sushi strives to provide a comprehensive Japanese dining adventure. For Californians in San Francisco looking for a sushi experience that offers both quantity and commendable quality, especially within an all-you-can-eat framework, Yoki Sushi presents a compelling option that keeps its patrons coming back. It’s a testament to its popularity that it's often "packed" and its staff are "running around" to keep up with demand.
Yoki Sushi is strategically located at 900 Bush St #C101, San Francisco, CA 94109, USA. This address places it in the vibrant and well-trafficked area connecting Nob Hill and the Tenderloin, just a few blocks away from the bustling Union Square. This central positioning makes it highly accessible for a wide array of patrons, including local residents, office workers, tourists staying in nearby hotels, and those enjoying the city's nightlife.
Its location on Bush Street offers excellent connectivity within San Francisco. It's easily reachable via multiple MUNI bus lines, and it's within a reasonable walking distance of significant public transportation hubs, including BART stations and cable car stops, providing convenient access from various parts of the city. While parking in this dense urban area can be challenging, there are numerous public parking garages and lots within close proximity, though factoring in extra time for parking is advisable. The restaurant’s spot in a dynamic, centrally located neighborhood makes it a practical and appealing choice for Californians seeking a casual yet satisfying sushi meal, fitting seamlessly into urban routines or serving as a convenient stop during city explorations.

All-You-Can-Eat Sushi: This is arguably their most prominent feature. Yoki Sushi offers both AYCE lunch and dinner options, which is a significant draw for those looking to enjoy a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes without limitation. The price point for AYCE is generally considered "great."
Good Quality Sashimi (for AYCE): Customers often note that the "quality of sashimi was pretty good unlike your typical all you can eat," indicating a higher standard than what might be expected from an AYCE establishment.
Excellent Happy Hour Deals: Yoki Sushi is praised for its "great" happy hour prices, which reportedly include "50% off drinks" and discounts on "delectable rolls" like the Lion King and Tiger roll. This makes it an attractive option for value-conscious diners during early evening hours.
Extensive Menu: Beyond the AYCE offerings, Yoki Sushi provides a broad a la carte menu featuring a wide selection of traditional and specialty rolls (e.g., Lion King, Lucky 7, Yoki Roll, Aloha, Dragon Roll, Rainbow Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll), nigiri, sashimi, and a variety of Japanese appetizers (like tempura, gyoza, chicken karaage, agedashi tofu) and grilled items (yakitori). This ensures there's something for every palate.
Popular Specialty Rolls: Specific rolls such as the Lion King, Lucky 7, and the Yoki Roll itself are highlighted for their flavors and popularity among customers.
Yakitori and Other Grilled Skewers: They offer a selection of yakitori, including chicken (Negima, Tebasaki) and other grilled items like Butaniku Yaki (pork and scallions) and Ramu Yaki (grilled lamb chop). It's noted that yakitori typically requires at least two orders to be made.
Lively and Popular Atmosphere: The restaurant is often described as "busy" and "packed," with staff "running around," indicating its popularity and a vibrant, energetic dining environment. One side offers a "view of the city," and the other faces the sushi bar.
Diverse Dietary Options: While known for seafood, their menu also includes a range of cooked dishes, vegetarian rolls (e.g., Avocado Maki, Kappa Maki, Garden Roll, Futo Maki), and various appetizers, catering to different preferences.
Yoki Sushi is well-regarded among Californians, particularly in San Francisco, for its specific promotions that enhance its value proposition.
All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Specials: This is their primary and most well-known promotion. Yoki Sushi offers AYCE Lunch and Dinner menus at competitive price points. While exact prices may vary, they are designed to provide significant value, allowing diners to enjoy a wide array of sushi, sashimi, and appetizers without limits for a fixed fee. This is a consistent draw for those with a large appetite for sushi.
Happy Hour Deals: Yoki Sushi is highly praised for its "great" happy hour. Reports indicate that happy hour can include "50% off drinks" with the purchase of an entree, and discounted prices on "delectable rolls" and other food items. It's often cited as an excellent way to enjoy their offerings at a more affordable price. Happy Hour times typically run during early evening hours, though checking directly with the restaurant for the most current schedule is advised.
Lunch & Dinner Pricing Tiers for AYCE: The AYCE menu often has different pricing for lunch and dinner, with lunch being a more budget-friendly option. There are also specific "kid special" prices for younger diners, making it a family-friendly choice.
Delivery Platform Promotions: As Yoki Sushi partners with major food delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), customers can often take advantage of platform-specific promotions such as reduced delivery fees, percentage discounts on orders, or first-time user incentives that apply to Yoki Sushi's offerings.
For the most current and detailed information on their AYCE pricing, happy hour times, and specific menu items included in promotions, it's always best for Californians to visit Yoki Sushi's official website (if available, or through their listings on major delivery platforms) or contact the restaurant directly.

Yoki Sushi Reviews
It was pretty good. The first part of the service is slow, but it picks up. The yakitori does not get made until there is at least two orders. Happy Hour prices are great. The drink selection is small. They forgot two orders. They do not actually have uni (sea urchin, false advertisement). Prices are pretty good. One of the salmons we had was not deboned which is fine. It was also not de scaled. That is sad. Literally taking off one star because of how it feels to have scales in your throat. You can choose not to eat it but remember it's an all you can est place where they would charge you for not eating the skin (with the scales).
Apr 21, 2025 · Dustin LeeWe tried the all you can eat. The quality of sashimi was pretty good unlike your typical all you can eat. They seem to be a little too busy. It was hard to find our waitress. They were all running around. I guess they are very popular.
Apr 19, 2025 · K DI thoroughly enjoyed eating here. Throughout my trip in San Francisco, Yoki Sushi was my favourite restaurant. The service was quick and the food was made fresh. The waitress and waiters would top-up your water whenever they notice it needs refilling, they have devices on each table for customers to order without having to order verbally which is really convenient. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was really comforting. Although it can get loud and busy, we didn't mind it as we were focusing mainly on our food. You can orderer unlimited sushi.
May 30, 2025 · Marecon UretaI had an amazing dining experience. The sushi rolls were absolutely delicious—each bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The variety on the menu was impressive, catering to both traditional and creative sushi lovers.Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The ambiance was also inviting, making it an ideal place for both casual dinners and special occasions.Highly recommended for sushi lovers—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Feb 13, 2025 · Maria Di MaggioA good place to go with friends or if you want to eat a lot of sushi. Loved that they had this boxes where you can taste a little bit of everything the only thing is that for me (and this is very personal) rice was kind of salty so if you don’t like salt avoid adding soya to the rice haha. The only thing that we didn’t like is that they asked us to make sure all the customers/ friends/ people needed to be there so they can assign us a table. Was kind of weird because one of our friends was about to arrive and we asked for the table and the waitress said she couldn’t assign us a table until our friend arrived (?)
