Zurutto Reviews
Felt like soup on a cold day and finally tried Zurutto, which is a place we walked by many times before I tried it today. The service was excellent, and the soup today was outstanding. I had the chicken noodle offering, which is their most popular dish on the menu. In any event, we'll definitely be back. Not only was the overall experience great, but the price was right as well!
Oct 26, 2024 · A RThe ramen and service at the restaurant were good BUT my friend got her ramen packed to go (the server packed it), got home, heated it up, and FOUND THE FINGERTIP OF A GLOVE INSIDE HER RAMEN. That is absolutely disgusting. It’s unclear whether it was in there when the ramen came out fresh at the table or it happened when they packed it to go. But she is mortified (I mean, who wouldn’t be). We have no idea how that even happens.UPDATE: The restaurant was very prompt in responding and they provided a full refund of our whole meal.
Apr 22, 2025 · Karina PatelAn excellent neighborhood ramen shop that specializes in chicken broth and more. Very yummy. Love the additional touch of black sesame oil. A Casual and relaxed place. One time a cute toddler just came by to say hello 🥰. The staff is great and attentive. Pricing is excellent. Can get busy 🤩. Delicious food 👍 Came in today right after they open and got to enjoy the open modern space. Very relaxing. Service team was excellent 🤓
Feb 09, 2025 · M HI ordered delivery several times. I would say this was the best place selling ramen in Manhattan. The broth was so rich and flavorful. Everything was cheaper than I expected, and even cheaper than those I used to try in Los Angeles, CA. The don was also good as well. I haven’t eaten at the restaurant so I can’t tell about the service or atmosphere, but I would recommend it
Sep 21, 2024 · Ngoc Tram NguyenStopped in very quickly for a quick bite and got 3 mini chashu rice bowls, agedashi tofu, and kimchi. The food came out so quickly and the staff were so kind! The chashu was different textured from chinese chashu that I usually have, but it was very flavorful, pretty big portion size, and such a bang for your buck. The agedashi tofu was great and the broth was so warm and hearty. Kimchi was extra fermented! Regret not trying more since I was in a rush but will definitely be back!
