May 26, 2025 · Kalvin WiseWent here for anniversary dinner and this was delicious. The river crabs were very good and I loved the meat skewers. The tuna nigiri was very high quality and melted in my mouth. Server was very sweet and she gave me some good recommendations. The Ube tiramisu was delicious as well.
Jan 13, 2025 · 김유자Service was extremely good - shout-out Luke!Food was great. One of the skewers was way too salty, but otherwise really good. Scallop nigiri was large and tasty. Tempura was excellent.
Jan 16, 2025 · allenFukumoto may just be the best restaurant in Austin. Their service is wonderful, everyone is so kind and helpful and efficient. The food is amazing. The ocean trout nigiri, ikura nigiri, and salmon nigiri are my favorites but there is so much more that I love. Don’t miss this great restaurant!
Mar 02, 2025 · Hannah WilliamsWe have been looking forward to visiting Fukumoto for a while now. I'm glad we went with a group of 4 of us so we could try lots of different items on their expansive menu. The restaurant itself is really nicely decorated and a cute spot for a date or a friend gathering. Our server was really friendly and helpful over the course of our meal. I knocked a star off because the service was slower than I would have liked, but it was also a busy Friday night. We shared many different dishes: Tsukemono (pickled veggies), Kawa Ebi (river shrimp), Sawagani (river crabs), Cornflake Ebi (cornflake battered shrimp), Yakitori (miso pork belly, egg omelette, broccolini, sting ray, and chicken oyster), sushi rolls (Murasaki and Kimidori), salmon collar, and the Ube cheesecake.I think our groups favorite items were the Cornflake Ebi, Kawa Ebi, and the Yakitori. However, we really had a great time and a great meal.I look forward to returning to try more dishes.
