Across The Pond Reviews
We come here regularly. The menu is limited but the sashimi is always amazing and the ceviche is so good. The lime butter salmon is my favorite dish. The drinks aren’t bad either and I prefer the selection here to Clever Koi. Bring a sweater or jacket though because it’s always cold.
May 02, 2025 · Selina BThe food was decent but it took 20 minutes per dish to come out even though they were only nigiris. The cocktails were pretty good too. My only complaint is the food took way too long to come out, the server mixed up our order, and also we had a problem with our receipt too.
Mar 09, 2025 · YabuoyThey don’t have to go boxes… Not only do they not allow you to order food to go (fine), they won’t give you a box to take home food you couldn’t finish. And yes, you still have to pay for all the food you ordered. I’ve never seen a restaurant do this. It’s absurd enough that I will tell anyone I know who is thinking of going here that they don’t give the same opportunity to finish your food that most other restaurants give you. So if you like the idea of possibly just throwing money away, then sure go here. Or eat at the many other sushi restaurants in Phoenix that let you keep the food you paid for..
May 26, 2025 · Julie MinaFood was good but not great. For the price point I expected more. The ambiance was nice but a bit too dark and loud for my liking. Server was very nice and friendly.
Dec 10, 2024 · Matthew O.Food and drinks amazing. Service was complete trash. Actually I wont even say the service it was our waiter who was trash because the hostess was attentive and respectful so I gave her the tip. Maybe it was because of our skin color because he sure paid attention to his other customers hecame to our table once while he spent most of his time with his preferred customers.
