Mar 21, 2025 · Sammi ChanAfuri ramen + dumpling 61 N 11th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249 @afuriramen_nyc Gingerale across between ginger beer and soda perfet. Yuzu lemonade phenomenal. Both drinks housemade. The mandarin oramge margarita was devine. @teaqune Sweet Tea approved. The dumplings were house made with a crispy bottom and tasty. The hazelnut ramen broth was nutty, thick and delicious. Sweat Tea ordered the Tonkotsu ramen which is the most popular. The Basque cheesecake was delicious 😋. It had merengue candied nuts and lemon curd. Yes please.
Apr 28, 2025 · Anna HA little disappointed that the tonkotsu tantan was lacking some depth of flavour in the broth. However, the yuzu cheesecake was one of the best slices of cheesecake I've ever had - in a light & fluffy Japanese style, with the perfect balance of sweetness and surprisingly layered flavours, plus the crunch of the hazelnuts and soft whipped cream. The yuzu curd is especially phenomenal!Cool ambience & interior design with plenty of seating.
May 28, 2025 · KatThis ramen place really hit the spot. Broth was super flavorful, noodles were on point. The broth just felt comforting and the flavors were so well balanced. My fave is Hazelnut Tantanmen. I also love Ube Milk Tea. So good !What I like is that all the food is prepared without the use of artificial ingredients such as coloring agents, preservatives and synthetic flavors. Freshly made in front of you when you can enter the venue.
