Not going to lie- slightly disappointed! I spent a good 30 min looking at the sushi places in this area and finally landed on Bambu. The prices are decent and reviews looked generally good. While the taste was okay, my sushi rolls were wildly understuffed. Figuring I bought sushi that uses some of the cheap easy ingredients on the menu, I do expect a nice chunk of avocado or sweet potato. Had more tempura than SP! :(

I seldom leave bad reviews. I would never come here again. There is a deceptive "service charge" added to the bill. Conveniently, the tip section is still blank to be filled in.I got the hibachi. It was flavorless. The chef was polite, to his credit.When we asked to split the check (between two people), the server seemed to gain an attitude. We were one of two small tables occupied in the restaurant.

Soup is wonderful, such as to bring to a sick friend. But the Thai chicken entree I had was flavorless. Good pub service and atmosphere.

Going out on a Thursday evening we found the restaurant quiet and not full of customers. That said... The food was THE BEST I have ever had! I would highly recommend everything. Our sushi was the freshest I have ever eaten and beautifully presented. Can't wait to return.

Love the sushi and the atmosphere of this place. Plenty of seating on a Friday night. Also some outside seating. They have high chairs for your kids. The appetizers ( shumai, gyoza and edamame) were cooked perfect. The sushi was amazing. I got the godzilla and dynamite rolls which i would get again. My wife got spicy tuna rolls and she enjoyed everything as well. We have to try the hibachi next.
