Basho Express Reviews
Tried my first ever sushi burrito/wrap here today. Loved the concept, but this place doesn’t do it well. The wrap was large, but lacked in the flavor department and as people have stated in their reviews, the burrito was overstuffed so it didn’t fully close which made eating messy (although I did appreciate the extra food). I paid $15 for the wrap, however given the minimal flavor and poor presentation, I feel it was very overpriced. Not to mention, customer service could be better. Also, since when does lettuce pair with sushi??
Sep 14, 2024 · JasmineVery tasty and customizable burritos or bowls. Fast service (ordered and left within 5 minutes). Would recommend a bowl as the burrito broke. Milk tea was good but the boba wasn’t well made.
Oct 11, 2023 · Sneha ChandraThis is my 3rd open sushi burrito this year. If the workers are taught how to close them properly that’ll be great. 🥲
Sep 28, 2022 · Hyerim SeoSomehow this place is not what it was before. The food is only limited to bowls and wraps. The ingredients are different. I used to have the beef bowl a lot. Now the beef bowl is small, only has three ingredients (beef, lettuce and ginger) all looking being stored for a while. The beef quality and taste is really poor. There is no sauce added any more. This is a joke for a 15-16$ meal. The place used to have special drinks and snacks and sushi boxes. Now all shelves are empty and the only drinks are water and coca. People working there don’t show much excitement running the place. One of the entrance doors is broken/locked and they didn’t bother to either fix it or post a sign to let the customers know they shall use the other door. I won’t come back.
