Food always great. A fun time. We tried brunch for the first time for Easter. The Easter Bunny was there. The Japanese pancakes were unique and delicious. The omelettte was great. Tina our server was cheerful and took great care of us.
Apr 20, 2025 · Brian WeirAlways a fun time eating here. They really pack people in at the tables. It's understandable but 7 people max seems to be good. If you get put with other group I think they try and squeeze up to 9-10 people. I would not recommend that large of a group. Especially if you get drinks. You won't have much room for your food, sides and sauces. It's kinda pricey for everything, but very good quality food, for the most part. Or the cooking is just good.I wanted to get a side of sushi but it was twice the price of sushi anywhere else. I think they should have a sushi cart rolling around like at Mexican restaurants with the avocado cart. I'm sure it's not a huge seller but maybe a cart where you can pay per piece. Like have a fun display of the rolls.
May 06, 2025 · craig bennerThis is my first time visiting this type of restaurant and a good time was had by all. This restaurant was a little expensive to me but I guess you got to pay extra for the entertainment. If you do come here , I recommend you sit at the grill and watch them prepare your food ( makes the experience) hibachi chicken (extra hot) hibachi steak, shrimp and vegetables were really good. The onion soup was surprisingly good and definitely worth a try.
Mar 06, 2025 · renee stegmuellerWe understand that staffing can be challenging right now, but the lack of care and service during our visit was disappointing.Despite having a 6:30 reservation, we waited over an hour to be seated. This was especially frustrating as we were celebrating an 11-year-old’s birthday and had two grandmothers over 80 with us.While we waited, we were crowded into the sushi bar area, where dirty glasses from the previous guests remained untouched the entire time. Not a great first impression.Once seated, we couldn’t help but notice the stark contrast between our chef and the one at the table across from us. While their chef was energetic and engaging—flipping bowls and putting on a show—ours simply handed us our food with little enthusiasm. Our server was borderline rude. Despite our reservation noting the birthday celebration and us mentioning it again, our son was not offered the special red hat we saw at other tables. Small details like this can make a big difference. There were several missed opportunities to improve our experience. When my daughter declined rice, I asked the server if it was included. Instead of a straightforward answer, they snapped, “She said she didn’t want it!” Yet, the message wasn’t relayed to the chef, who ended up splitting the last portion of rice between my son and daughter. She ate hers quickly, leaving my son without enough.A similar issue happened with dessert—I asked if ice cream was included, and the server dismissively responded, “I won’t charge you for it.”On the positive side, the fried rice was good. However, the long wait, indifferent service, and lackluster food prep made for a disappointing experience overall.
