The broth was good, but the toppings were a little bit disappointing. Meat was also too chewy and prawns were small shrimps.

I attempted to eat half and save the rest for later, but ended up finishing at 10 minutes later. The broth was very flavorful and I like the smaller noodle size. Wasn’t expecting the shrimp to be so small in my Ramen, but it was still good. It was packed when we got there, so we decided to take our food to go. A little on the pricey side.

Hakata style ramen (thin noodles, thick and rich tonkotsu broth) is my hands down favorite ramen, and this spot was so disappointing. The noodles were okay, but the broth was SO thin and tasteless. I am genuinely grieving and wondering if Saturday night was "end of the pot" broth? But in that case wouldn't it be thick, at least? The ajitama (seasoned egg) was hardly seasoned (maybe a quick marinade?) and added no flavor. The gyoza was stale.I was really looking forward to this spot but I genuinely don't think I'd give it a second try, it was that wrong. I am sad.
