Bluefin Sushi Reviews
I put 3 stars but more of a 3.5, if that were an option. The food is pretty good, but kind of pricey for the portion sizes. A lot of the bad reviews mention the customer service and/or delivery payment system, can't comment on those. I did takeout.Nothing mind blowing but pretty solid sushi.
May 21, 2025 · sid srivastavaI loved the sushi here. It is an unassuming restaurant. When you get in, you’ll order and pay first then either take your food to go or get your table assignment and be sent upstairs. Green tea and hot Sake were great. Perfect balance for the cold night. We ordered the baked scallop, baked salmon, dragon roll, and the cherry blossom roll. All amazing. We asked for spicy ponzu. It’s not something that they ever carry, but they did an amazing go of it! (Really simple… Ponzu + Sriracha). I will go again for certain! When we were done eating, we were able to just up and go. The service is good and pleasant.
Jan 05, 2025 · K. FrayWe have to start off every visit with a Sapporo. This is one of Georgetowns best Sushi. This place was recently renovated but has always given me the feeling of home. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful when it comes to making your selection. I find that even on the busiest days you will still get the same friendly treatment. I recommend trying the spicy scallop roll. You must try it, the seafood here is some of the freshest I have ever tasted. In addition the Philadelphia roll is simply but a must at this place. Once you go once you will be hooked.
Mar 08, 2024 · Derrick GrahamThe cutest little hole in the wall! Very much of the beaten path but definitely worth it!The staff is very friendly and helpful and the sushi was amazing.
Jan 11, 2025 · Abigail WasiminVery small place with 2 tables downstairs and 9 upstairs. You order at the counter when you enter and then tell you where to sit. Food was excellent. Chef upgraded my maguro to toro. Never had toro before but liked it. Don't bother with those high priced places like nobu where you get tiny sushi for double the price. It's places like this that deserve your business and are much better. Worth the effort to find this hidden gem.
