We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The sushi was fresh and flavorful, the ramen was rich and comforting, and every dish we tried was absolutely spectacular. What really stood out to us was how family-friendly the place is—our whole family felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked in.Our server Victoria was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and even going out of her way to make our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

Kayla was incredible! It was me and my wife's first time and she helped us make our choosing simplified whilst being patient with our indecisiveness from the WIDE variety of options available here at Bonsai. The food was incredibly flavorful and balanced, every bite had you wanting more. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience dining in at this restaurant a few days ago—the sushi was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Based on that, I decided to order online for pickup, expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The sushi I received looked nothing like what I had before or what was advertised. It was missing key ingredients like salmon and caviar on top, making it look cheap and unappealing. The presentation was poor, and it felt like a completely different dish. The inconsistency between dine-in and takeout is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Roxana was a great server! We came here to celebrate a birthday and she was very attentive and helped us with recommendations for food, desserts and appetizers. Would definitely come back again!
