The broth lacked depth and it just didn’t have the richness we were hoping for. Stick with the sushi if you’re deciding between the two.One thing to keep in mind is the parking situation. There are only a couple of spots on the street, and most of the nearby spaces are reserved for apartment residents. The best option is to park by the nearby park and walk a few minutes. It’s not too bad and worth it for the food.Also, just a heads up. According to the menu, Wednesdays are supposed to be half-off wine bottle. We were there on a Wednesday, but the discount didn’t show up on the bill. It was my fault for not double checking before paying, but something to be aware of in case you go for the wine deal.Overall, great sushi, super friendly service, and a chill vibe. Ordered late, so I understand if the staff was in the best mood, but our food was lacking. Overly salty fried rice hastily thrown in a container, our fried roll was SUPER thick and not fully cooked through... And we had a roll missing it's filling; just a roll of rice and nori.

My family and I decided to check this place out on a whim and ended up having a really great experience. Right off the bat, the staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful. The food tasted fresh and they clearly put a lot of care into the presentation. The restaurant itself looked great and was clean. Overall, good vibe, good food.

This sushi bar-and-grill has good food when the times I went. I had pretty good service and the atmosphere was nice. In one of those visits that I had, We had to wait longer than usual when when we would ask for our drinks. The most recent time I went, we ordered plenty of food that came out on time, and when we were asked if we wanted anything else. We added a yaki soba, the flavors were good. However, it's unfortunate I did find a what look like a males (it was curly😟) possible arm hair in one of the lighter colored vegetables in the noodles. I try to always find a nice way to tell the server and not cause a scene. They were very apologetic and asked if we wanted to have that meal replaced. At that point, I did not have an appetite anymore. They did remove that charge off my receipt, but I feel a little more could have been done. Maybe a discount on the meal. I will still go again because, like I said, the food, the ambiance, and the service are pretty good. I don't know of any restaurant that is impeccable.There's always gonna be something that we might not be satisfied with.
