## What is Worth Choosing
When you visit Colorado Sake Co., the most worthwhile choices are the ones that celebrate its dual identity as a brewery and a Japanese kitchen. The experience is best when you pair the food with the star of the show: the sake.
The most obvious and best choice is to try the house-brewed **sake**. The bar offers a broad range of flavors, from traditional options like the "American Standard" and "Sake King" to unique "Flavor Infusions" like "Pink Guava Thai Chili" and "Raspberry Tart." A great way to start is by asking for a sample or a recommendation from the knowledgeable staff, like the bartender Tori who was highly praised by customers for her suggestions. The **Yuzu martini**, a customer favorite, is also a great choice for those who enjoy a vibrant and citrusy cocktail.
On the food side, the menu is built around small plates that are ideal for sharing, so a worthwhile strategy is to order a few different items for the table. The **Okonomi Fries**, a unique take on a classic comfort food, are highly recommended. Another standout choice is the **Tuna Tataki**, which is a great example of the restaurant's fresh and high-quality offerings. The **Duck Bao Buns**, as noted by a reviewer, are also a top highlight. For those who enjoy classic Japanese appetizers, the **Shrimp Shumai** is described as a favorite that is "really good." The menu also features a variety of sashimi, tacos, and salads, all of which are worth exploring.
The unique items on the menu, combined with the house-brewed sake, make a visit to Colorado Sake Co. a truly special occasion. The combination of its fast and friendly service, trendy atmosphere, and a menu that balances quality with creative flair makes it a new favorite for many. Whether you're a seasoned sake connoisseur or just looking for a fun, casual spot for dinner, Colorado Sake Co. offers a delicious and engaging experience that stands out in the Colorado food scene.

Colorado Sake Co. Reviews
Loved it here. Really cool drink experience overall. They have their own house sake with a broad range of flavors alongside seltzer and cocktail options that use it. We need more sake breweries, and I see that now!I highly recommend the Yuzu martini to drink, okonomi fries, tuna tataki, and the duck bao buns. We especially enjoyed our bartender, Tori, and all of her recommendations. She made the experience great. Lovely, laid-back space & well-priced.
March 26 · Katherine DMy husband and I visit Denver at least twice a year and made our first trip to Colorado Sake Co. this year. The staff was very welcoming, and the decor was unique. I loved the cherry blossom wall with their sake options and the origami hanging from the ceiling. We had never had sake before, but Tori gave us a sample and provided some really good suggestions! The serice was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Our favorite was the shrimp shumai, but everything was really good. We will definitely be back!
May 17 · Dawn ThomasA great local spot that brews the Sake in Denver. Our favorite was the Key Lime pie and the Sparkling Sake.We had spicy tuna& avo roll as well as the pork belly bao buns and the California crab tacos. Everything was delicious.
April 04 · Kristina YReally cute place to go try some sake and eat some good small plates of food. The miso salmon sashimi was good. Their cherry blossom mocktail is also amazing. I’m not the biggest sake person so I can’t say much about that, but they have a good variety and offer sake flights so you can try different ones.
August 05 · Layla BlairWe come to Denver a few times a year at a minimum. Always on the hunt for yummy places to eat. I won’t name names… but my favorite place has been dethroned after 5+ years. Colorado Sake Co is amazing and the new Queen 👑. Excellent service by every human we encountered. So many sake options (the cranberry chai is THE BEST!). The food! So dang good. We came on Friday for dinner. Then returned today for dim sum brunch. I’m in love with this place. Can’t wait to come back.
