Dashi Ramen Reviews
Dashi, located inside Cross Street Market, was not crowded for an early lunch. Customers were served quickly. Staff were congenial and very helpful with the menu. The Hand-folded Crab Ragoon was a new dish for me. They turned out to be rather delicious after placing the dip, sauce and lettuce on the little folded appetizers. TheSpicy Red Devil Ramen was really good. It surely opened up my sinuses on this cold winter day. The broth and noodles were so flavorful. The strawberry lemonade came in a small cup. I needed more.
January 11 · Jennifer ÇoatesGreat spot. I got the Spicy Devil Ramen with chicken, karrage wings, and seaweed salad. I also placed an order for the crème brûlée cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious. The ramen was great, hearty not too spicy, just enough to tickle the throat. The chicken was tender and juicy with a nice sear & the noodles were cooked perfectly. The broth was nice and creamy, I love the garlic oil. The wings were delicious and juicy. The seaweed salad was very nice and refreshing. The crème brûlée cheesecake was the cherry on top. It’s located in a food hall kind of setting, which was cool. I got my food then grabbed a margarita from the Mexican place across from Dashi. It was a quiet at first but it got a little loud as more families and children entered the food hall. So if you want a quieter setting maybe get this food to go. All things considered, it was a great experience eating the food and the service the staff provided was great. The food was amazing 10/10 I definitely recommend.
December 07 · Alexi WrightBest Ramen I’ve ever had! 🙌Had the spicy something. Truly an explosion of flavors🤯I pray they open another location in Montgomery County!
January 13 · Halhan KringerCross street market is busy, also a good place for quick bite. Variety of food options. I tried the Vegetarian tofu Dashi ramen for the first time and loved it's flavor.
November 05 · Manisha BarseDashi is the best ramen I have ever had. They provide a generous amount of noodles and toppings. I got the Spicy Red Devil Beef Brisket ramen and it was packed with flavor. They also offer gluten free noodles and an assortment of gluten free toppings and my friend also loved hers. We will be back!
