dipdipdip Tatsu-Ya Reviews
If it's your first time, try the Omakase.Everything is delicious. Absolutely 5 star service -- every single wait staff provides that! Just give them a try.The drinks are tasty, the price is on the average side which is a plus.Prepare to spend 150$ per person on the average, but it's worth it.On the not so upside, I wish the tables were separated instead of a joined table separated by a foot tall separator. Not a deal breaker though..
March 15 · Anna WEveryone was courteous and accommodating from start to finish. Our servers were patient and knowledgeable since it was our first visit. They explained the menu thoroughly & even noted my nut allergy which is always helpful. Food was good but definitely needs the sauces for flavor. I would recommend for the experience & atmosphere.
February 06 · Ty HarrisWe checked in on our reservation but was not seated until 30 minutes later. Once we were finally seated, there was no service for another 30 minutes, then we asked a waiter and he was super rude in the way he talked to us and his face gesture. It was so annoying that I almost confronted him but It’s not worth it.The food was just ok, nothing was special or wow. I think it’s very overpriced. That little veggies costs $36 or so??? That’s a joke. If you go to other Asian hot pot places, it’s unlimited. The only positive thing for me is the atmosphere and the dipping sauce. However, that’s not enough for me to come back 😊
January 26 · Daniel LeHad the opportunity to experience the new menu, and it was absolutely incredible. The service here was absolutely impeccable! Shoutout to our server Shannon for her making the whole experience so smooth and memorable, her passion for the dining experience here really shines through. The new menu comes at a price point that feels absolutely perfect for everything that you get! Everything we tried had an amazing and unique flavor, and I really appreciated the variety of offerings between the broths, dips, meats (they even had swordfish!), and the addition of the stew style hot pots. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
July 13 · Sarah DavisThis hot-pot style experience was outstanding. The decor, the music, the food, the staff were all perfectly aligned and made the experience something to look forward to in the coming future.
