Flame Japanese Hibachi Reviews
Would have given a 3.5. I ordered the shrimp and beef hibachi. It was pretty good. It was a few steps above the platter you get in the mall with the rice and meat but not quite traditional hibachi. Also ordered honey garlic chicken and it was delicious!

Nov 20, 2024 · phonefix accessoriesGreat place to eat food, very casual vibes, clean and maintained. I would say it’s a step up from naz/shah’s halal vibes. Noodles and rice were amazing chicken and beef had a little bit too much sauce, but I guess that would be to each persons preference. The sauce tasted good though, noodles were amazing and fresh one of the most authentic Asian noodles I’ve ate in USA, would be great if they made chicken lo mein. Portion sizes were great especially for the price.Service was great and the hostess (Sumaiya) was very attentive to every need ! You definitely feel like the staff care just as much about the customer service as the food! From my experience I would recommend going and I’d definitely go again myself.
May 12, 2025 · Zaraali RazaOrdered delivery and was some of the best food I’ve had in awhile! The flavor in the chicken and shrimp was amaaaaaazing. Sushi was good too. Can’t wait to eat here again and hopefully next time I can dine in for the full experience. Keep up the good work :)
Feb 07, 2025 · Logan HuntComing from a chef’s point of view, the food had great flavor and was for the most part delicious. The only suggestion I would say is that the fish has to be prepared a little bit differently when preparing a grilled dish because it was dry.Putting glaze on top of it does not help with the moisture level for the glaze has sugar in it, and all it does is caramelize and crisp up the fish, but not in the best way.Furthermore, I would say, if you are advertising three pieces of fish, then we need to actually have three pieces of fish. For example, the sea trout came as advertised but a bit dry. However, the salmon was made to look like you had three pieces, but it really was just one piece sliced on the bias twice to make three pieces. This aided immensely to the dryness of the fish because now they’re thin and you can’t cook them at the same temperature. I would also recommend to take the skin off the salmon if it can’t be crispy the way it should because it becomes rubbery. How about steaming the fish and his whole piece and when someone orders it then you can take it out put the glaze on it. Hit it on the flat top for a minute on each side to give it a little color then serve and then your fish should be moist with great color and your delicious flavor will shine even more.I enjoy this place and I will be visiting again, but I just want you to hit those key little factors and you’ll be out of this world
