The person who waited on us was very kind and efficient, and we enjoyed the food. However, our experience with the hostess was disappointing—she came across as unfriendly, and the restaurant wasn’t as clean as we expected. That initial interaction affected our overall impression of the place.

I have never in my 39 years have felt so uncomfortable eating a meal. The several manager's? Would literally stand and watch you eat every bite of food. Direct eye contact from afar lol. So weird. 😂

Been going here for years and finally got to take my family out for their first ever hibachi experience. We all loved it. Just as amazing as ever. I'll always continue to recommend this place to fellow hibachi/sushi lovers.... Total spend with an added tip to our chef was around $320 and we had plenty to take home for later!

I always enjoy eating here. I love hibachi in general so I’ll eat it any time, any where! However, the Hibachi location located on Route 30 is not the same as when they first opened. Like I said, I love hibachi so I used to eat here ALOT. But lately, not so much. The staff isn’t as friendly anymore, the hosts seem tired and aggressive and the last 2 times I went, our chefs didn’t even talk to us. That really didn’t have any effect on the food. The food was great. I’ve never eaten anything bad here. Not ever. But, I used to also enjoy eating here because of the environment. I used to know some of the chefs by name, but not anymore. I pick up my food to go more times than not, now. It is possible they are just too busy. If you don’t make a reservation during diner time or especially on the weekend, you can expect to wait a minimum of 2 hours. Which may seem normal to you, but I’m used to coming in and sitting down so, I’m not a fan of all of that waiting. Then pair that with poor attitudes from the staff? Not a good mix. And I’m not speaking about one bad experience. It’s been like this the past 5 times I’ve visited so it seems to be consistent. Either way, if you don’t care too much about the interactions, the food is still great! Not over cooked and not greasy. The rice portion has been cut back a bit, but it still is so much food, that’s ok. I just pay the extra $ amount and get double fried rice.

First time going and I won’t be back,First Off the food isn’t bad BUT the service isThe bartender/waitress is very quick when taking your order and borderline rude, I think her names cherrie or cherry not too sure but nonetheless it was a horrible experience. I had high hopes for this place as friends told me to try it but I honestly don’t see what they see in the place. If I wanted to be treated like a child I would go home to my mother. food was 3/5 only thing enjoyable about the place after spending over $100, So if you can get past a rude attitude then this is the place to be.
