Hana Teppanyaki & Japanese Grill Reviews
Ordered fried rice and got brown rice no flavor at all and scallops extra seared with butter cooked in which was not cooked to the order and also no flavor, and when I tell them they are like whatever. Never ordering from them again.
Jan 15, 2025 · Abraham RuelasThe quantity was a good amount. The meat was undercooked. The food itself was good but did need a little more flavor. Customer service was not too great. Rude.
May 28, 2025 · Jessica NavarroI agree with many comments... the food is good but the Asian lady at cashier really needs customer service training ASAP. The way she treats you is as if she's making you a favor. She takes your money aggressively when handling over and to top it up doesn't greet nor thank you for consuming.PS: This is not my first time here, I've been here several times because as I mentioned the food is good, but the lady really and I mean really needs to do something about her customer service skills.
Dec 21, 2024 · vinnie 16Nasty and cheap , this is a cheap version of hibachi mixed with teriaki and they use cheap chicken thighs instead of chicken breast and just throw a bunch of teriaki sauce on top for flavor , also the people there are rude. Dont order from this place if youre looking for some good hibachi go to izzycatering instead
