Unlike at most sushi bars, when you sit at the bar, you chat with the chef and can vary your order to your taste. There are no substituting or altering the rolls.Make sure to scan the QR code on the menu to check out the specials.

The chef preparing the handrolls did not make any effort in understanding or even once asked if we wanted more wasabi or soy sauce in the rolls based on preference. For the price, I expected a lot more. The seven standard rolls on the menu were all mediocre at best, the chopped up nature of the fish left texture as something to be desired; in the matter of 2-3 minutes of being served to eating, the nori was already unmanageable in terms of being able to bite through without making a mess of the roll. The smoked uni w/ ikura was the best thing, but $22 for a single handroll; you can do a lot better elsewhere. Dinner for 2 w/ drinks for $180… look elsewhere as I left here desiring for much more
