Disappointed with Lack of Care and AccountabilityI visited this restaurant to get sushi for my daughter, who absolutely loves it but has specific food sensitivities. We made sure to inform the staff about what needed to be left off her roll. I also ordered a sushi roll for myself. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that both rolls had been packaged together, and the sauce from mine had spilled onto hers—making it unsafe for her to eat.When I called to inform the restaurant, their response was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply told me that the best they could do was offer a discount on my next visit—because I hadn’t explicitly asked for the rolls to be packed separately. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.Personally, I will never eat here again, and I encourage others to look elsewhere for sushi and hibachi. If you value attention to detail and good customer service, this place isn’t it.

The portion sizes are ASTOUNDING! I was truly amazed when I got home and had such a huge portion of both chicken and rice with my hibachi chicken. The price I paid ($14) for the huge amount of chicken and rice was really good. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Good service, great lunch specials, food had great flavoring and well prepared. Chicken and veggie were well seasoned and not overcooked. Side salad was perfect size and the ginger dressing was not overpowering. Great find for us that were crossing by on our way up north.

So I have been coming here for a while now. I feel appearance is key! There were two young ladies at the counter and I can say they looked like they just rolled out of bed. One was wearing what looks like to be workout pants with flip flops and let's just say other stuff hanging out. I think flip flops is honestly against osha especially in a restaurant.
