HiroNori Craft Ramen Reviews
Went to get a quick dinner with my son, got there at 545pm on a Friday and it was not crowded. We were seated immediately. I Both of us had their rice bowls, my son had the pork chasu and I had chicken. My son who does not like to eat rice enjoyed his pork chasu rice bowl, and couldn't stop eating. My chicken rice bowl was delicious too! The restaurant automatically adds 16% to the bill and our bill was under $35 in total. We ordered large bowls and had leftovers to bring home!
May 25, 2025 · Shih-Peng LeongWas craving thick Ramen soup and decided to check out HikoNori. We’ve order 2x Tonkotsu Ramen and as a side the crispy chicken. It wasn’t busy on that Monday evening, food arrived pretty fast but would have been better to get the crispy chicken first as an appetizer. Maybe should mention that next time. Staff was friendly. The Ramen broth was thick as expected, good portion a the pork belly was crispy. Crispy Chicken was also delicious. Would come again for sure, great Ramen
Apr 11, 2025 · Richard WehmeyerHiro Nori Craft Ramen is a gem! Our group of 7 was accommodated immediately on a Friday evening, thanks to the kind and welcoming gentleman who managed both the kitchen and the floor. The small space was warm and impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. While most of our group raved about their ramen, my husband and I enjoyed the flavorful salmon and spicy tuna bowls. While the fish portion could have been a bit more generous, the taste was undeniably delicious. We also ordered the crispy chicken, which was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We even sampled the ramen broth, and it was excellent. The free parking in the lot next door was a definite plus. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Hiro Nori Craft Ramen!
Mar 04, 2025 · D JavellanaI would say that they have great tasting ramen, the place was clean and customer service was great. Also, the lighting in the restaurant makes for a cozy dining experience 🍜💯! However, there was one thing I didn't really like, the mandatory tips (16%). They say it's an option. But really, the waiter would come up to you and say we have added a 16% tip to your bill to support all staff members (do you think they would be friendly with you when you decline to give that tip to them? Passive aggressive way of saying it's an optional tips at its finest) 🫠. What's with the trend of restaurants not paying their staff members enough and putting that burden on customers? American tipping culture is something, isn't it🤦🏻♂️?The food:Tonkotsu Ramen 🐷🍜 (8/10):Broth was savory and rich in texture. The noodles' hardness was perfect (mildly chewy). The pork chashu was cooked to perfection, the edges even had a crispy texture to it. The half egg 🥚 was also tasty. Spinach 🥬 was not soggy and tasted fresh. The only reason I thought it wasn't a 10/10 is the broth was a little salty towards the end.Shoyu Ramen 🍗🍜 (10/10):I thought this tasted better. I liked the chicken broth enough to finish the whole bowl 💯. The noodles were equally tasty.Overall, they have great ramen, I think if you are planning to dine-in at this restaurant, then come with 2 or more parties with you, the tips would be less painful to pay for.
Jan 12, 2025 · Hendra WThe food was pretty tasty. The appetizer was unique. The pork was tender. The only thing was we sat there a while waiting for someone the take our order. It was not a big place and not super crowded. Other than that, it's worth going again.
