I enjoyed the Niku Soba, the only tonkotsu ramen on the menu, but wasn't blown away. The broth was good, maybe a bit on the salty side, but the noodles were pretty thin and seemed like instant noodles, and the quantities of the added cabbage and bean sprouts were super minimal. Overall, good option in a pinch but not my favorite ramen.

I love this place! The people who work there are really nice, and they serve the best ramen I’ve ever had. I also appreciate that their tea tastes like tea and not juice as I notice with other places that have bubble tea. Ordering takeout is fast and easy, and they give you your broth in a separate container so your noddles don’t get soggy. Sitting in is wonderful, and the dishware they use to serve your food is gorgeous. The whole place is clean and well lit and my grandma liked the food when she tried it (it’s a very difficult thing to get praise from her nowadays). I will always come back here!

Great food. The tonkotsu broth is great and my daughter loves the pork buns. Everything we've had here has been tasty. We visit Minneapolis once or twice a year and always eat at Ichiddo at least once per visit
