They have some of the best tempura I've had - comparable to the best I've had in Japan. I asked for the tempura bowl with the sauce on the side, and they obliged. My wife got the mushroom udon soup special, and the broth was delicious and flavorful. I liked it much more than the default udon with broth. The place is very small and can probably seat around 20 people max. It has surprisingly good business despite this, so you'll probably want to come earlier if you want to get a seat. The lady helping us was very nice. I plan to return.

Nov 22, 2024 · GinaThis is a small traditional Japanese restaurant serving soba or udon combo dishes such as tempura, eel, tuna, salmon, chicken and beef donburi. Also small selection of sushi. Cooked food is there main offerings. Since the menu has various stuff it’s hard to say one dish is superior or not. It’s a good place for pleasant lunch with a friend or a colleague. Interior is a bit dated and a bit messy.

It's not as crispy but it's pretty good.Limited seatingPlenty of parking
Jan 09, 2024 · WanFood is good here. My first time stopping in. It's a small restaurant and it gets packed quickly. I had the cold zaru soba and tempura. Chewy soba noodles done perfect. There tempura is also done perfect not oily at all. Light and crispy. You can tell they spend time perfecting it. Also had maguro yamakakke. Fresh and delicious. They give slices of maguro instead of cubes but still really good.
