The noodles are made in-house, often daily, ensuring exceptional freshness and texture. Customers often describe the soba as having a distinct earthy essence and a wonderfully firm texture, whether served hot or cold.

- Delicious Onigiri: Beyond noodles, their Onigiri (Japanese rice balls) are a popular side, with filling options like salmon, ume (plum), or kombu (seaweed), perfect for a light accompaniment to the noodles.
- Peaceful and Relaxing Ambiance: Many reviews highlight the tranquil atmosphere that makes diners feel as if they've stepped into a Japanese restaurant in a less bustling setting. This peaceful environment is ideal for enjoying a quiet meal.
- Healthy Options: Dishes like the Umishiso soba with Japanese plum and shiso are celebrated for being delicious and healthy, catering to health-conscious diners.
- Diverse Toppings and Sides: Patrons can customize their noodles with various toppings (green onion, daikon, raw egg, mentai, tororo) and complement their meal with sides like various tempura options (shrimp, vegetable, mixed), Kakiage (mixed veggie and shrimp tempura), and different rice bowls (Unagi Bowl, Pork Cutlet Bowl, Beef Bowl, Tempura Bowl, Salmon Ikura Bowl).

Ichimiann Reviews
Amazing restaurant that makes you feel like you went to a soba restaurant in Japan in a less urban area. I really loved their broth for the Niku dish, and I thought the meat was good. Wouldn't have traded it for anything else today.
May 23, 2025 · I CMe and my Dad enjoy eating Ichimiann Soba!! Which is good, delicious, and Healthy!! I like the Umishiso which is a Soba with Japanese Plum & Shiso which is a Japanese Herb. And I enjoy eating Onigiri which you can choose either Salmon, Uma, or Kombu which is Seaweed. It is peaceful and relaxing. You go to the Cashier to place your Order and they give you a Number you take to your table and they will give you the Meal you Pick. I went there today because in Japan they Celebrate the Japanese New Year. Even though it is New Year Eve. So I enjoy eating Ichimiann. I recommend taking either your Family or Friends to Lunch!!
Dec 31, 2024 · Jonathan Tachibanasuch a cute and authentic local place. one of my favorite spots, i go whenever i'm on a break from school. other than the food being top notch, it's a really nice experience. their tempura don and udon especially is amazing. might be a little pricey, but you pay for quality. the inside has a lot of seating, they also have the soba-yu to drink, its so goodgive this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
Apr 29, 2025 · Lois LeeWhat an amazing, authentic hole-in-the-wall Japanese noodle restaurant. The staff is so wonderful, courteous, and helpful. There are a few tables for sitting but can possibly get crowded if you get there during rush hour. Two specials:1) Yuzu Chashu bowl - unique and delicious broth! The best dish we ate there.2) Banbanji (sesame soup with shredded chicken, cucumbers, and rayu) - ordered with soba noodles. Popular dish. For any of the broths and toppings, you choose between udon/soba and hot/cold. Both udon and soba noodles were freshly made!
Aug 12, 2024 · Nate CVery sweet staff. One of the cooks was telling me how he makes everything from scratch and you can tell! The food is so fresh and wonderful. My mom and I got the tempura combo with hot udon noodles and the cold chicken cucumber soup. Both were amazing. The noodle broth was so delicious and the cold soup was packed with flavor. The chili crisp on the side is the best I've ever had. You can tell they make it there. Highly recommend and I'll be back!!
