Mar 27, 2025 · Patrick ZajacThe vintage ambience makes it a great place to meet up with friends for a few drinks and some good food.Their highballs were a great way to mellow out the evening, especially the Earl Grey highball. Also enjoyed their beef tartare and sukiyaki dishes. It's not a sushi place, but their sashimi were great too.Disclaimer. I attended a preview opening so things are still getting finalized so I didn't rate the service yet.Update: Came back for follow up visit after they fully opened. The service has definitely matured. They are working on the wait times and reservation as well.
Apr 19, 2025 · Edward Kim (Myung)CRAZY!!!! Don’t forget to start with the FROZEN BEER! There’s usually a wait even on weekdays, so I made a reservation. I was really happy with the cute interior, friendly staff, and reasonable food prices. If you love spicy food, definitely try the ‘Spicy beef tendon with glass noodles’. The sashimi platter offers great value with generous portions. And my top pick is the beef sashimi🤤The cucumber highball is fresh and addictive.
May 01, 2025 · Agnes YJust hit up Seasun, Korea’s #1 izakaya now open in Midtown—and it’s so good. The space is super cozy, the decor is a whole vibe, and the food? Fire. The assorted skewers were so tender and yummy—I could’ve had 10.The sashimi was super fresh, and I’m still dreaming about the signature beef sukiyaki and snowflake marbled chunk flap sukiyaki.Premium flavors without the premium price tag.Perfect for date night or catching up with friends. This one’s def a new go-to.
Apr 19, 2025 · Cheryl PinkOne of the best places I’ve visited recently—highly recommended! The music and atmosphere made me feel like I was in another world. The spacious tables and chairs, which are hard to find in New York, made our dining experience so comfortable. The ice-cold Orion beer was absolutely amazing, and the friendly staff made our meal even more enjoyable. I definitely want to visit again!
