My wife and I love this place. We have been coming here for the longest time and can’t see ourselves going anywhere else. We especially like our favorite server Carlos. And we always get the fun chefs. Love it.

On Saturday, we were at the Weston Town Center and craving sushi, so we decided to stop at Japan Inn. We were seated immediately, and the server promptly came to our table. I ordered the Tokio Roll, which was the roll that the server recommended, and it was delicious. It was a fried roll with toppings, and while both the roll and the toppings were great on their own, together they were amazing. Surprisingly, it was also quite filling. The server was attentive throughout our meal. During our time there, we saw the staff celebrating birthdays at two tables, and the way they did it was unique. They put on a fun spectacle while singing and playing the drums, but it wasn’t annoying. I would definitely return.

On April 10, 2025, I shared a negative experience about Japan Inn in Weston. I’m updating my review because the general manager later apologized and issued a full refund for that night.I hope Japan Inn can improve its customer service and cleanliness. If the floor manager that day was aware of the issue but couldn’t handle it properly, then retraining or replacement might be necessary. It shouldn’t have taken this much effort to resolve the situation.

Chef Saha was really attentive and fun, he made everyone’s food with such passion and enthusiasm, plus it was all so fresh and delicious. I had the hibachi salmon, and my family had also shrimp, chicken and beef hibachi, all of them were good. They serve you a soup and a small salad first and they were both good. We all had a great time. Restaurant was packed with people and staff was hardworking and efficient. I would come back again.
