The only restaurant we went that is not asking for gratuity. But definitely deserves one. I hope they keep it like that. The staff are very attentive and nice. They even gave me a flowered balloon on Mother’s Day. Sweet.

Mar 23, 2025 · Mike MayMood - Japanese OmeletteThis is one of my favorite things to eat. It isn't as easy accomplishment to create due to the time and effort it takes. So when I see places that offer it, it is always on my list as a must try.Upon entering it was busy. So I knew this place was going to be wonderful. Was ushered over to a table and menus were given.Opted for that Japanese Omelette with Fried Rice, Black garlic Tonkatsu Ramen of course, Shrimp Tempura, and Edamame. Nothing disappointed in the slightest. However yes that Omelette stole the show.Interior is a decent size. The layout of the seating arrangements makes it very accommodating for small to large parties. Everything was very clean.Would most def recommend. Pricing for what was ordered was a reasonable. The customer service was very friendly and hospitable. Despite it being very busy I never once felt ignored.Location is Skye Canyon/95- ample parking

Mar 07, 2025 · Roann LaraUPDATE: My wife and I visited this restaurant again on 19 Jan 2025 because we were in the mood for some quality ramen and didn't want to travel to the coveted Spring Mountain Road to get it. We ordered the Pork Gyoza, Miso Ramen, Deluxe Ramen, and Kimchi Fried Rice. The food quality, atmosphere, and service was still outstanding during this visit and is validation that this business operates this way 24/7. I still highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.----------------------------------------Since moving to the Skye Canyon area back in 2016, I've been watching the community grow exponentially. At one point, I recall having a conversation with my family about wanting a ramen shop close to our neighborhood (close as in, within walking distance). Well, our wish came true because this restaurant finally opened its doors recently and we got to try it out on the evening of 28 Jun 2024. When we walked in (~7:50 pm), we were greeted right away and were escorted to our table. The restaurant wasn't as busy as it probably would be during peak dinner hours, but as we were sitting there, more customers kept walking in, and before I knew it, the entire restaurant was full...so there went my presumption.Throughout the evening, the employees were very nice/friendly and attentive. I know they're short staffed, based on the "Help Wanted" sign outside, but considering their reduced staffing, they were highly efficient. The restaurant's décor was beautiful; their seats and tables were adequate; and the cleanliness was on par. As far as our food goes, we ordered Pork Gyoza, Crab Rangoon, and Chashu Bun for our appetizers; Seafood Ramen, Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and Black Garlic Ramen for our main entrées; Coffee Macaron Ice Cream and Green Tea Macaron Ice Cream for dessert. Everything we ordered tasted very good; both texture and flavor. The only minor downfall from our meal experience was the temperature of the Crab Rangoon and Chashu Bun; both of which I wish the temperature was warmer (the actual chashu meat and entire Crab Rangoon). Regardless of this, the flavor and texture was adequate. The ramen was served at a perfect temperature which made up for the lack of hotter temperature in 2 out of the 3 appetizers. The ingredients were outstanding, to include the optional ingredients you can add. I especially enjoy when ramen shops serve uncooked bean sprouts because to me, they provide a perfect balance of flavor and crunch to any ramen. But hey, that's just my opinion. The price to quantity/quality ratio was reasonable. I highly respect this restaurant for their support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! Whether we walk or drive here, I know for a fact that my family and I will be returning for another visit because there were so many items I wanted to try on their menu. Living in Las Vegas, there are so many different ramen shops to experience so the competition is fierce; however, I am thankful there's one within close proximity to my house. I wish this restaurant continued success and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
