Kaizen Shabu Reviews
Recommended meat and broth was delicious. Thought they might recommend the most expensive but on a budget it was phenomenal. Since it was my first time they even gave me a shot for free to take with them. Atmosphere was great because of the hospitality. 5 star all around, highly recommended
Feb 15, 2025 · Shane LeeGreat little Shabu Shabu in the heart of Santa Ana.We had the Wagyu beef broth which was rich and flavorful. I had the prime rib 10 oz beef which was the perfect thickness and soft. I will be back the next time I am in OC.
Jul 29, 2024 · LawylinYes yesterday I tried this spot for the first time. Was seated quickly and our sever Jake helped choose the broth we’d like the best very helpful. I got the ribeye with Tonkotsu. The broth was so tasty way better than local places I’ve tried will be returning :).
Apr 13, 2025 · Desiree ArayaI absolutely love Kiazen Shabu! The food here is consistently amazing, with fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful broths that make every bite memorable. The owner and the entire team are incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I especially appreciate how the owner often offers free alcohol to customers, adding that extra touch of hospitality.I first visited when they first opened a few years ago, and at that time, it wasn’t too busy. But with the incredible food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s no surprise that Kiazen Shabu has become so popular. Now, it's always packed, so be prepared to wait, especially on weekends and during dinner hours – but trust me, it's worth it!I highly recommend trying most of their dishes; you won’t be disappointed. Kiazen Shabu is a must-visit for anyone who loves delicious food and top-notch service!
Apr 15, 2025 · Jimmy PhanThe waiter was extremely helpful! Being I never had shabu shabu before he spent the time to explain everything to me, then he helped me pick 2 delicious broths ( tonkatsu and creamy vegetable) and the best meats. Well worth every penny spent for the 3 of us! The owner stopped by and was so nice. Definitely will come back! The takoyaki and gyoza appetizers were amazing as well.
