Friendly staff , Miso soup was so good ! Wasn't a fan of the seaweed salad. But we tried a few different items on the menu. Very good

Me and my boyfriend tried Kaizen the other day and both got Orange Chicken and a California Sushi Roll. The orange chicken was amazing but the California roll took an hour to come out. By the time we were done with our food and got the check the sushi roll still wasn’t out yet so we asked them to package it to go.

We’ve dined at Kaizen twice now. Once to go and once in the restaurant. Absolutely love this place, the food is fantastic. We had thai basil beef and the chicken and broccoli and split an uptown roll. Lots of food, great prices. Sushi was tender and flavorful. Atmosphere is great, loved the art and they were playing good music at an appropriate volume, restaurant never got too loud. Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back many many times

We love Kaizen, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Rowlett! Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly and attentive wait staff. The orange chicken and white rice is my favorite, a classic and delicious choice. My husband loves their sushi rolls. Good discounts on drinks during happy hour. Great place to take the whole family for a fairly priced, decent meal with options for everyone that will fill you up.

Great speciality rolls. Great combo fried rice and lunch specials dumplings were crunchy and tasty. Art on the wall is really cool, music is pretty loud though. Will definitely be back for a cheap but good sushi experience.
