For those in Kirkland, WA, seeking a diverse culinary experience that blends popular Japanese teriyaki with the increasingly beloved flavors of Korean fried chicken, **KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN** presents an intriguing option. Located at 11613 124th Ave NE D, this establishment caters to a broad range of tastes, offering two distinct yet complementary cuisines under one roof. In the context of a platform like "Doctor Near Me," which serves as a practical guide for immediate local needs, KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN can be viewed as a 'remedy' for specific culinary cravings, providing a convenient and accessible solution for those looking for a quick and flavorful meal within their vicinity.
The **environment** of KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN, based on the provided information, appears to be primarily focused on functionality and takeout efficiency. While no specific details about the dine-in decor or ambiance are highlighted, the mention of wait times and being "understaffed" suggests a focus on production and delivery, which is common for establishments specializing in quick-service or takeout-friendly meals. The setting is likely geared towards a casual dining experience, emphasizing the food itself rather than an elaborate interior design. Customers visiting in person should anticipate a functional space designed for ordering and potentially a modest seating area, consistent with many local eateries that prioritize efficiency in serving their dishes.
In terms of **services**, customers have noted that KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN can experience wait times, with one review mentioning a 25-minute wait for two entrees due to being "understaffed." While this indicates a potential bottleneck during busy periods, it also suggests that the restaurant is popular and that orders are prepared fresh. Despite these challenges, the core service involves taking orders and preparing food for pick-up or dine-in. The interaction with staff, though not explicitly detailed as "friendly" or "unfriendly," can be inferred as efficient given the focus on order fulfillment. For patrons planning a visit, especially during peak hours, factoring in a potential wait time would be advisable to manage expectations. The restaurant's phone number, (425) 820-5726, and mobile phone, +1 425-820-5726, are available, allowing customers to call ahead with orders to potentially reduce wait times, enhancing convenience.
The **features** of KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN lie in its dual-cuisine offering. The menu includes both Japanese teriyaki dishes and Korean fried chicken, appealing to a wide array of preferences. Among the offerings, the **Korean fried chicken**, particularly the **soy honey garlic flavor**, stands out as a consistently praised item. It's described as "pretty good," with the chicken being "sweet, juicy, and soft." This positive feedback suggests that the Korean fried chicken is a strong point of the menu and a compelling reason for customers to visit. Patrons generally find the portions to be "great," indicating good value for the price, which is a significant draw for many diners. The chicken dishes, in general, are noted for being "always well seasoned and juicy," indicating a consistent quality in their poultry preparation.
However, some reviews offer more mixed feedback on other dishes. For example, the "Spicy chicken doesn't taste like spicy chicken, it tastes like chili jam mixed with chicken," suggesting a unique flavor profile that might not align with traditional expectations of "spicy." The beef short ribs, at "$22 for 8 small slices with rice," are perceived as being on the pricier side for the quantity. This indicates that while the Korean fried chicken seems to be a reliable choice, customers might need to navigate the menu to find items that offer the best perceived value and flavor for their personal preferences. The overall pricing for some dishes, such as the total price of $54 for two specific entrees, might lead some customers to feel "very unsatisfied" if expectations regarding portion size or flavor profile are not met for those particular items.
From a **promotional information** standpoint, the restaurant's key selling point is the combination of two popular Asian cuisines: teriyaki and Korean fried chicken, clearly communicated through its name. The positive reviews for the **honey garlic Korean chicken** serve as compelling testimonials, encouraging new customers to try this particular dish. The mention of "great portions" also acts as a significant draw, appealing to those looking for a satisfying and filling meal. For local users utilizing "Doctor Near Me" to find quick and convenient dining options, the dual menu provides variety. While there aren't explicit promotional offers mentioned beyond the inherent value of large portions, the consistent quality of the Korean fried chicken acts as its strongest advertisement. The challenges regarding wait times and staffing could potentially be mitigated by promoting call-ahead orders. Ultimately, KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN positions itself as a go-to spot for specific, well-executed dishes, particularly its highly-regarded Korean fried chicken, making it a relevant choice for those in Kirkland seeking a tasty and substantial meal.

KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN Reviews
Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 entrees, Spicy chicken and beef short ribs, and Korean fried chicken but they are understaffed so understandable. Spicy chicken doesn't taste like spicy chicken, it tastes like chili jam mixed with chicken and it was $22 for 8 small slices of beef short ribs with rice, total price came out to be $54. I normally wouldn't leave reviews but this left me very unsatisfied. However the Korean fried chicken, to be exact the soy honey garlic, was pretty good. Chicken was sweet, juicy, and soft.
May 30, 2025 · Tony VangAmazing food and great portions. I usually order the chicken dishes, and it's always well seasoned and juicy. The honey garlic Korean chicken is probably my favorite thing on the menu.
May 30, 2025 · kai gWe did a few times take out from this place . Fried chickens (original, sweet+spicy and shoyu) are our favorite. Recently we also ordered beef bulgogi, which is supposed to be spicy but it was mild. We also like their variety of Yakisoba and fried rice, which gives us more options to try every different time.
Mar 21, 2025 · SonyFood tastes amazing, you get huge portions for a small price, service is fantastic. Every time I come in I am blown away. I don’t even write restaurant reviews but this place is a 10/10 every single time. RUN, DONT WALK!! Seriously this place is a gem!!
Apr 18, 2025 · Mercedes CraryI got the chicken katsu. It was crispy and the oil was really clean! They also gave me a ton of rice and salad. if you’re wondering from the picture, I got no dressing and turned the chicken over a little bit but otherwise that’s what you’ll get if you order here. I brought my own garlic sauce from teriyaki bistro in issaquah which may be tacky but it took the meal from a 10/10 to a 13/10 🤤
