Hey everyone, I recently ordered Shrimp Shumai, Salmon Avocado Roll, and the Crustation Rolls from Kanpachi Sushi in Edison- everything was so fresh and delicious! I enjoy the taste, flavors, textures, and the care they put into their sushi! The owner is always pleasant and polite whenever I visit this establishment, in addition to, the restaurant is clean also nice to dine in! There is never a tremendous wait time and I believe their pricing is fair for the amount of food and freshness in each dish. My friends, colleagues, and myself will certainly return!

This place ruined all you can eat sushi for me. The quality of their sushi is S+ tier and it is my new standard ESPECIALLY for their scallop sushi which melted in my mouth. I’m a HUGE salmon sushi loyalist, but the scallop sushi blew my mind.The rolls were fantastic, everything was fantastic, and to top it off the service was incredible. The woman who worked there was so nice and welcoming and engaging. This kindness made the experience and food all the more better.

We randomly found this place by searching for “sushi near me” on Google. Reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. Let’s just say, reviews were right. This place is great. Sushi was delicious, service was quick and good, we even got an extra roll as a gift because it was our first time here! This place has officially become one of our “to visit regularly” spots. Just a note: it was quite cold in there (they did have small heaters readily available though and I usually tend to be cold all the time lol, so others might find it fine temperature-wise). But just in case, bring a jacket if you’re going to be there when it’s cold outside.

Craving sushi led me to Kanpachi in Edison, and the great reviews were right! It's a nice, cozy spot with a welcoming vibe. The sushi was incredibly fresh and offered elevated, delicious options. I had the highly recommended Edison roll and it was a hit! Totally satisfied my craving! Highly recommend.

The cutest local sushi restaurant, that knows what they are doing. The food was fresh and tasty . Our waitress recommended some amazing choices, she was attentive and even gave us a sample of another item on the menu, that didn't disappoint!! Get the pepper tuna. I'll see you there soon.
