Sushi is mid. I gave it 2 separate chances. It’s either too much rice ratio to other sushi rolls and/or the sushi rice not cooked/ given enough rice vinegar. I’m not quite sure.Their pineapple beef fried rice is good. The avocado salad is really good. Their service is also good too.

Stop by Kashi in Huntington and celebrate the holiday season with their delicious Oyster Fest along with amazing Japanese food. Fresh fresh fresh is the key and that is what Kashi delivers. They have east coast oysters at a dollar each and west coast oysters for only two quarters more! Kashi Huntington has a clean and cozy environment with very friendly and attentive staffs. Sit by the booth and lower the curtains for more privacy. Order a nice bottle of sake to pair with oysters and appetizers. Each dish looks as good as it tastes. How can you forget about sushi and sashimi? Order a set and your taste buds will tell you it’s fresh!

Kashi has been my favorite sushi restaurant since they opened in 2011. Amazing food, quality, staff and vibes! It's more than just a restaurant, it is an experience. They offer complimentary sake bombs and the music is great. So many amazing food items but my favorites are the grilled oysters, kani salad, kashi king roll, tuna crispy rice, basil filet mignon and tuna pringles. Also, it's not on the menu but "Wilson fried rice" is so good, it's chicken steak and shrimp with a little spice. Definitely make reservations on weekends and Thursday nights. Plan to get there early to find parking. Kashi is the best, you will not be disappointed.

So after years of takeout from Kashi I finally went in-person and I think I found my dream come true! Cool vibe, amazing music & outstanding food/drinks. My server Paul was fantastic and offered free shots and an appetizer on the house. My favorite roll is the Amazing Roll. My favorite drink was called Voodoo in an adult capri sun pouch. Thanks Kashi for the best experience. I will be back!

I purchased a $120 gift card during Kashi's 'buy now, save later' promotion in November, paying $100 for the deal. Fast forward to February—I was excited to use it for dinner, only to discover the card had only $10 loaded. Who buys a $10 gift card? It barely covers a bubble tea! Was it a scam? Definitely not. Likely just human error.Kashi serves fantastic food with an amazing vibe; I dine here at least six times a year and will continue to do so. That said, I strongly recommend double-checking gift card balances at the time of purchase to avoid any surprises. Mistakes happen, but it’s always better to verify. Looking forward to my next meal at Kashi! #ZaddyApproved 🎩 😏
