Sushi restaurant ★4.0 (83)·$50–100

800 W Olympic Blvd STE 220, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA

4.0
I was worried about Friday LA traffic and finding parking, so I decided to take an Uber to Katsuya LA Live. The restaurant was much bigger than I expected! Even though it was crowded, the service was efficient, and the food came out quickly. If you're ordering something fried, you might have to wait a bit longer, but the sushi and sashimi were served right away. It was impressive to see 6-7 chefs working at the same time. The quality of the sashimi was incredibly fresh and sweet, and the scallop seasoning was so good that I wanted to order another plate. While the fried dishes took a little longer, they were definitely worth the wait. The cocktails were also great! I would definitely consider coming back if I have the chance. - Hsin-Yi Kao
