Kaz Ramen Reviews
Look, I honestly didn't think I was gonna be writing this. A lot of this wasn't even awful, I mean LOOK at these bowls! Utterly beautiful, spectacular, gorgeous bowls before us... But as they say, don't judge a book by its cover and that works both ways. Here's a list of things I didn't much care for when I went: grab your menu yourself, grab a seat yourself, walk up to the desk to order, get up and ask for anything else if you want anything else, the blandest spicy edamame you've ever tasted in existence, a literal, no exaggeration POOL of oil at the bottom of my fried rice, I don't think either fried rice we had had the imitation crab in it, an unholy amount of salt in the fried rice. I LOVE msg and salt, I'm gonna die of it with a smile on my face, but MAN this was a bite in a half ti get through, bland broths so all the food is also bland, unseasoned pork. Looks GORGEOUS 馃槏 but tastes like a shaved down kleet, egg was 3.50 (though I know it's not their fault), drinks were chilled but not that cold, literal no customer service beyond you getting up and asking for anything. It was a very hands off experience.I know I said a lot of negatives but I want to truly get across that nothing tasted bad beyond the fried rice oil slick of '25, but in that it commits an even worse crime: being utterly forgetable. Go here if you like, it looks AMAZING but so does the little Cherry's on Christmas wreaths. Some things just aren't meant to be eaten but admired.
Feb 17, 2025 路 Robert GilbertThe food is usually good, but I think they need to improve on their customer service. I came on a Wednesday night and they weren't super busy, but I had to wait 25-30 mins for my food. I got home just to find out they messed up my order. I paid extra for corn and no onions since l'm allergic to onions. However she added so much onions on my food (the younger female worker took my order and prepared my food) and missed the corn. Not to mention, when the female worker was taking my order, her male coworker came and tried to feed her some noodles right in front of me. I had to repeat my order and my phone number a couple times cause clearly she wasn't paying attention. I hope the manager/owner find my message and take it into consideration because this is not how they run a business.
May 16, 2025 路 Nhi TranTop notch! Broth had so much flavor. Be careful tho, if you don't like it spicy tell em to make it "just right". Pork belly is a must! Will be going back soon
Apr 22, 2025 路 Tony MasonMy fianc茅 and I go to Kaz Ramen once a week and loved their soups however within the last week they changed the broth and now it does not have the same flavor and thickness it once had this will be the last time we go to this restaurant.
May 26, 2025 路 Jessica RobertsI returned from Japan a couple weeks ago and was excited to try this place, as I miss ramen I ate daily while I was there. I was disappointed that it didn鈥檛 taste nearly as good as in Japan and the gyoza 馃 was not good. I will co time my search for a ramen place in the Inland Empire that lives up to the quality in Japan 馃嚡馃嚨.
