The Sushi Platter B was a true masterpiece, showcasing an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and meticulous presentation. Each piece felt like it was crafted with care and expertise. The Shumai was delicate and savory, cooked to perfection with a wonderful texture that melted in the mouth. Amazing! The quality of the sushi was outstanding. I ordered the omakase dinner special and I loved it. I ordered take out on a busy saturday night and had to wait a bit which is totally okay!! The employees were all so sweet and even offered me a seat with ice water while i waited. I will definitely be back :)

Everyone ate and enjoyed their food too quickly to take photos. Sushi was fresh, the Negimaki was tasty and flavorful, as was the miso ramen. Seaweed salad is one of our favorites to share.

Koiso is an amazing hidden gem. Constantly delicious fresh sushi. The chef is an artist, with attention to detail. They have lunch specials ( which is how it all started). So many amazing rolls my personal favorites the Long Island roll, Crispy Tuna roll, Carle Place roll. The Kani salad is freshly made, so good!!! They have a happy hour menu as well. Highly recommend, a must try!!!!

Koiso is a fantastic go-to sushi spot in the neighborhood, conveniently located near the Westbury LIRR train station. After a long day of work, I always enjoy picking up their delicious takeout. The $26 omakase features a selection of fresh fish and seafood, while the nigiri rice is firm but not overly pressed. It’s a valuable sushi place that offers great quality at a budget-friendly price.
