Really disappointed with my first experience here which will definitely be my last.. Placed a picked up order of Chicken Teppenyaki and Mochi.. within a few moments got a phone call that they were out of the flavor of mochi I ordered but that was fine and I chose another. However, I noticed after picking up my food, they let the mochi sit out and melt. Could have kept it in the fridge until I picked up my order but instead left it on the hot food to melt. Additionally, the main course was completely inedible..no where on the menu does it say Shrimp will be included.. I absolutely cannot eat shrimp it makes me sick and there were two huge pieces in my dinner. I would have specified to leave it out or ordered something else all together but no where does it say or picture shrimp. I double checked my order and it said chicken with white rice and veggies. There were hardly any veggies, just mushrooms (which I also don’t eat), shrimp, and huge chewy pieces of chicken, the one piece of which I did try tasted old… it was a huge waste of money, time, and food as I could not eat it due to poor taste, poor quality, and not at all what was described at on the menu. Lastly, the side “salad” was a joke. Really sucks after working a double you think you’re gonna treat yourself to a nice dinner and instead basically threw almost $50 out the window.

Our waiter was extraordinary and amazing just as how delicious the sushi I got there was. The sushi was a piece of art that had creativity and deliciousness written all over it.

We absolutely LOVE Koji! From the food to our favorite chef T-Bone and the welcoming atmosphere. So glad we found them as a lot of them moved over from Takeya’s. Never disappointed when we leave there with our belly’s full and a go to box from the next days lunch. We also love that you can make a reservation. We usually have large groups and it’s very convenient for us. Will always recommend Koji to anyone asking for Hibachi!

A friend and I chose Koji with no expectations, but to have a nice dinner. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and a warm hospitable attitude by the host. We were sat at the hibachi table and the waiter was so friendly, so accommodating, so in tune with every aspect of our dinner experience, and being in the service industry for 40 years, this is so rare to see these days. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was amazing, and the price was not super expensive. In fact, it was absolutely perfect for what we got. The portions were huge, I took almost a full dinner home with my hibachi meal because I couldn’t eat it all. They heard that it was my birthday and they brought out a piece of cheesecake for me completely unexpected when I was getting up to leave after we paid. I am so blown away with this experience. I cannot wait to come back the next time I visit my friend. We both determined that this is our go-to place now. Great job Koji! Don’t do anything differently!
