KOKORO House Of Ramen Reviews
I just wanted to show my appreciation to this establishment. After experiencing a FULL day filled with emotion and remembrance, sustenance (and also a bathroom) was calling. After searching for a few moments, KOKORO was the victor, and I'm so glad that choice was made. The young lady hostess (I believe her name is Tammy) was so sweet and patient, because it took me a WHILE to decide on what to order 馃槴 I settled on the Creamy Chicken ramen, while my friend ordered the Karaage Don bowl for himself and a gyoza appetizer for both of us.The gyoza arrived, (you can choose how you want it prepared, we had it fried) and it was warm and tasty, and the dumpling itself was my preferred level of crispy. For the beverage choices, my friend had a strawberry boba tea (I've never had boba, I may try it one day) and after listening to the plethora of hot tea options, my ears perked up at GRAPEFRUIT (I have NEVER heard of that being a tea flavor) and I was NOT prepared for the glorious flavor I experienced after my first careful sip. I asked if I could buy a box of the tea bags, but they make the tea fresh daily in house 馃槴The entrees arrived, and my Creamy Chicken ramen was so delicious...Jenny (the owner) came over to see how we were doing (I think because she saw i was trying to figure out if what I was staring at was mushrooms or not... it was 馃槃) ... but yes, back to the ramen... it tasted like a warm hug. It was so satisfying in the spring, I know it MUST taste heavenly in the cooler months. My friend inhaled his chicken and rice while I devoured my bowl.. I've had ramen a few times before, but this is the FIRST time I completely finished the ENTIRE BOWL, including the broth.Yes, as you can see from this (unintentionally) lengthy review, the food was absolutely delectable... but what really got me was the genuine kindness and generosity of the beautiful people that work there. It touched me after the full emotional day I had, and I'm grateful to be reminded that people like that still exist...they just happen to make top notch ramen (and shockingly succulent grapefruit hot tea 馃槑).And yes, I WILL be back 馃グ馃グ馃グ
May 05, 2025 路 Deva FulcherA new ramen restaurant that elevates the yummy noodle along with a no msg broth. Very nicely done appetizers, and lovely service as we ate in. We had the Pork ramen and seafood ramen with fried octopus balls and fried chicken appetizer along with a perfect seaweed salad. Highly recommend.
Feb 27, 2025 路 Lorne CaplanBeen meaning to come here and finally made it. Tonkatsu ramen was amazing. The broth is absolutely delicious so much so that I had to drink the rest out of the bowl. Also had the chasu bun and tempura shrimp bun. The bun is like a cloud. I'll be coming back a lot more that's for sure.
Mar 24, 2025 路 Brian TaylorSo this is my 1st time coming here and I must say I was blown away. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with pleasant smiles from the entire staff. The cleanliness, attentiveness, and professionalism is on 10 for me. Now let's talk about customer service Tammy was just a delight and new exactly what to recommend. I order the vegan buns with the rose honey lemonade and the Tonkotsu vegan soup all were recommendation of Tammy which did not disappoint at 10 of 10. The chef cooks from the Soul and it shows through the amazing flavor profile blends. I highly recommend you coming here if you want authentic food served with love 鉂わ笍 馃槏.
