Laughing Buddha

Dining at Proper Eats Food Hall, I decided I wanted some ramen. I ordered one using the QR code and after paying, I made my way to the counter. The workers were all super nice especially the guy making my Ramen. Seemed like he was from Hawaii.I ordered the Miso Ramen (asked for Al Dente Noodles) added Pork Belly (Char Siu Pork.) The soup was delicious. I enjoyed every slurp. The char siu was nice and tender too. Not sure why the Miso Ramen didn't already have protein like the Tonkotsu. I also ordered it with no mushrooms. I did enjoy the bamboo.Great spot if you want a quick fix on the strip. - Nette Rab
