Very good, fresh fish. I ordered a set of four hand rolls, which were all very tasty. The pacing was a little too fast, but that’s minor. Prices for the sets were pretty fair. I skipped getting a highball and went with a beer because the price seemed a bit high. All in all a very comfortable counter with good food. I would come back for sure.

A must try are the caviar bumps and the limited edition Hot Ones hand roll with octopus. The fatty tuna roll was also great.Also had the lychee vodka cocktail which was sweet but not too sweet. Didn’t have a bad bite I didn’t like and will definitely be stopping back by when in the area.

Below are my personal thoughts on each handroll in order served to me.1. Scallop: The scallops were tender, fresh and the touch of yuzu tobiko on top really added to the overall flavour of the handroll.2. Lobster: The lobster was succulent, and the overall dressing didn't overpower the natural taste of the lobster.3. Unagi: The unagi tasted fine, but nothing I haven't had before. It didn't blow me away or was memorable.4. Tuna: This was just okay, but I personally would have preferred whole chunks of tuna vs minced which is a personal preference. Taste-wise, pretty standard.5. Yellowtail: I found the dressing to overpower the taste of the yellowtail. The taste of fish was hidden but butteryness of the yellowtail was noticeable.6. The "Best Bite": This included A5 wagyu beef, fatty tuna, uni (sea urchin), caviar and fresh truffle. This is literally one of the best bites of food I've ever had. On top of being absolutely stunning, it took me a moment to admire the beauty of this handroll before indulging. 100% worth every penny.Overall, this was a nice place to grab a quick lunch, and I would gladly return and try another premium handroll.

Insanely creamy uni from Hokkaido, Japan and a fatty tuna-and-caviar hand roll. The lobster and uni rolls were my favorites.
