Masa Sushi-Princeton offers a variety of ways for New Jersey locals to enjoy their exquisite Japanese cuisine, with their All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) option often serving as a primary special. While specific, time-limited promotions may vary, here are common aspects of their offerings:
- All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Menu: This is arguably their most significant "special offer," providing a comprehensive dining experience at a fixed price. It includes a vast selection of sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, appetizers, and kitchen entrees, alongside soft drinks or iced tea with free refills. This option is particularly appealing for those with a large appetite or who wish to sample a wide array of dishes. (It's important to note their policy regarding excessive leftovers, which may incur a la carte pricing, encouraging responsible consumption.)
- Lunch and Dinner Service: Masa Sushi-Princeton operates extended hours, opening from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM (or 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays), making it convenient for both lunch and dinner outings. While not a "promotion" in itself, consistent availability at peak dining times is a valuable service. They also observe a temporary closure between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM for some days.
- Online Ordering Discounts: While specific active promotions can change, platforms like Uber Eats sometimes offer "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" deals on select items (e.g., Shrimp Tempura Roll as seen previously) or other general platform discounts for first-time users or specific order values. Checking these apps before ordering is recommended.
- Party Trays: Masa Sushi-Princeton offers various sushi party trays (e.g., Tray One, Tray Two, Tray Three) with pre-selected combinations of rolls and special rolls, often at a discounted bundle price compared to ordering items individually. These are perfect for gatherings and events.

Masa Sushi-Princeton Reviews
Wonderful restaurant, it has a pretty decor with a peaceful atmosphere unlike other ayce restaurants where it can get very busy and loud. The hand rolls are excellent as they were not stingy with the ingredients. We always include salmon and white tuna sashimi and they have agedashi tofu! Don't forget to end your meal with green tea ice cream.
February 04 · Harini HThe Spicy Seaweed salad is the best I ever had, and I've been to alot of sushi places. Not only that but they are open on TUESDAYS.
May 21 · InfamousadventuresMasa Sushi in Princeton offers a satisfying all-you-can-eat lunch experience, with a wide variety of fresh sushi, sashimi, and other Asian dishes. The rolls are flavorful and well-prepared, and the service is generally prompt and attentive. The menu provides a good balance between classic sushi options and more creative rolls, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the overall quality is impressive for the price. It’s a great spot for sushi lovers looking for variety without breaking the bank.
September 10 · LaAmI recently dined at this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant with a group of 10, and it was a delightful experience overall. The service was exceptional—quick and attentive, which is impressive for such a large party. The sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh, and the udon and ramen were standout dishes, flavorful and satisfying. However, the bathroom lighting could use some improvement, as it was quite dim. Additionally, we noticed some gum stuck to the bottom of our table, which was a bit off-putting. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the food and the excellent service make this place worth a visit.
September 02 · Ada LauI've been coming to Masa since they opened, and there was a point where I came almost on a weekly basis, despite its distance from my residence. They used to have a great staff, which unfortunately was not able to be repeated the last 5 to 6 years. The food used to be phenomenal as well, especially for an AYCE, but quality and taste have dropped off quite a bit.The last time I went was during COVID when they were serving everything using Styrofoam plates which ruined the experience.I'm planning to give them one more chance this upcoming week.I will give an update of this trip. The photos I have posted are from their heyday, when Masa used to be "THE" spot for AYCE.Update:Gave it another shot.Nigiri fell short.Sashimi was OK.Maki was better.Kitchen food was average. The dessert was delicious.I'm glad to see that they returned with the unlimitedIce cream. If you want some suggestions on what to order:Appetizers:Shrimp TempuraGyozaShumaiNigiri:Spicy SalmonSashimi:SalmonMaki:DragonShrimp TempuraYellowtailSweet Potato
