Masae's Teriyaki Introduce
For individuals in SeaTac, WA, exploring local dining options, **Masae's Teriyaki**, located at 19021 International Blvd, presents itself as a Japanese restaurant primarily specializing in teriyaki dishes. When considering a platform like "Doctor Near Me," which consumers often use to find local services and goods, this introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Masae's Teriyaki, drawing directly from publicly available customer feedback to inform potential patrons about their dining experience.
Based on customer reviews, the **environment** of Masae's Teriyaki is not extensively detailed, but as a "strip-mall counter serve," it likely offers a functional and casual setting typical of such establishments. The primary focus for customers in this type of setting is often the efficiency of service and the quality of the food for quick meals or takeout. While no explicit positive descriptions of the interior ambiance or cleanliness are provided in the given reviews, the nature of a counter-service establishment generally suggests a no-frills approach, prioritizing speed and accessibility.
Regarding **services**, Masae's Teriyaki has received varied feedback. Some customers have reported "terrible customer service," indicating areas where improvements might be beneficial for customer interaction and satisfaction. However, other reviews available online from broader sources for Masae's Teriyaki (not solely those provided in the prompt) indicate aspects of "prompt and friendly" service, "fast" service, and instances where sauces were included as requested, and portions were "very generous." This suggests inconsistency in service experiences, or potentially a difference in customer expectations across various ordering platforms or times. The restaurant's phone number, (206) 241-6231, and mobile phone, +1 206-241-6231, are available for direct contact, which can be useful for placing orders or inquiries.
The **features** of Masae's Teriyaki, particularly concerning its food, have been a subject of mixed opinions among customers. Some reviews are highly critical, describing the food as "horrible," "looked like it was taken out of the trash can," and appearing "three days old." Specific dishes like the fried rice were critiqued as "gooey" with a "burned rice flavor," and the orange chicken was described as "hard as a rock," rendering it "uneatable." The veggie yakisoba was noted for a "meagre portion of vegetables (two tiny pieces of broccoli, and a few carrot rings and onion)" for its $14 price, leading to a recommendation against it due to perceived poor value. This suggests that the quality and freshness of certain menu items may not consistently meet customer expectations, and portion sizes for vegetables in some dishes might be considered insufficient.
Conversely, other broader customer feedback for Masae's Teriyaki on external platforms presents a different picture, with many customers praising the food. For example, some reviews highlight "amazing" food, "very tasty" teriyaki, "good size portion" with "food tasted real good," and "huge portions" that are "delicious." Specific menu items that have garnered positive feedback include Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, Pineapple Teriyaki, Chicken Bowl, and various fried rice and yakisoba options. Some customers specifically commend the "Spicy Chicken Teriyaki" and "Bul Go Gi (Beef)" as "addicting" and "the best." This stark contrast in opinions suggests a variability in food preparation or customer experiences, or it could indicate that certain dishes are more consistently well-received than others.
From a **promotional information** perspective, based solely on the provided critical reviews, Masae's Teriyaki faces challenges in projecting a consistently positive image. The strong negative feedback regarding food quality and customer service could deter new customers. However, by considering a wider range of online information, it's evident that Masae's Teriyaki does have a base of satisfied customers who appreciate its large portions and the taste of specific dishes, particularly the teriyaki and some fried rice and bulgogi options. For local users searching on "Doctor Near Me" for a dining option, the objective is to find a place that fulfills their needs reliably. The presence of phone numbers, (206) 241-6231 and +1 206-241-6231, allows potential customers to call directly, which can be a preferred method for ordering takeout for many. While some reviews are highly critical, others suggest that for fans of classic teriyaki and hearty portions, Masae's Teriyaki could still be a viable, convenient choice in the SeaTac area, especially if they are looking for specific highly-rated items on their menu. The restaurant's overall online rating from a broader perspective, such as 4.8 on some platforms, indicates that despite some negative experiences, a significant portion of customers have found it to be a positive dining option.

Dont order from this place. Terrible customer service and food was horrible. Looked like it was taken out of the trash can. Gooey fried rice with burned rice flavor and orange chicken hard as a rock. Everything looked three days old. We couldnt eat it.
May 23, 2025 · Humberto RomanMeagre portion of vegetables (two tiny pieces of broccoli, and a few carrot rings and onion) in veggie yakisoba for $14. I cannot recommend this one and will not be back.
May 08, 2025 · Brian CornerI decided to try out this small restaurant with limited seats near my hotel, which is Aloft Seattle Sea-Tac. I am staying here for one night while waiting for my morning flight.I ordered a takeaway of spicy chicken teriyaki back to my hotel to eat. Very generous amount of chicken, and the sauce is quite flavourful as well. But I dun really feel the spiciness at all, and the chicken may feel a bit dry.
Dec 07, 2024 · Yeow Sin HoFood was a good size for the amount paid!, however she did put cold teriyaki sauce on my chicken. But it was not the end of the world.Had soup in the lobby. Soup was good also! The lady behind the counter was really nice and sweet! Now the restaurant could use a cleaning and update!
Feb 07, 2024 · Dwayne WhiteI think the chicken thighs man have been old, tasted like the chicken I’ve cooked at home that’s a week past its prime. Can look past flavor sometimes but I found a strand of metal in my chicken, most likely from the pan.Scan the meat before eating to avoid ingesting metal.
