While direct reviews of Mochicream's specific service are limited to the interaction at the counter, customers generally experience quick and courteous service when purchasing their mochi. The process of selecting from a wide array of flavors and packaging them for takeaway is typically smooth. One review did note an instance where a purchased mochi flavor (red bean) was accidentally omitted from the box, suggesting that while service is generally good, it's always a good idea for customers to quickly verify their order before leaving, especially when purchasing multiple items. Despite this minor issue, the overall sentiment regarding staff attentiveness and helpfulness within the Mitsuwa Marketplace environment is positive, ensuring a pleasant purchasing experience for these delicate desserts.

Mochicream Reviews
The mochi has so many different flavors. We ordered strawberry, white chocolate, chocolate, black sesame and red bean. We ordered 6 mochi, however, when we got home and opened the box, there were only 5 mochi. They forgot to give us red bean flavor. All other flavors are yummy. The mochi skin is very soft and chewy and the filling outside is flavored but not too sweet. Will give them 4 stars if they didn't forget to give us the red bean flavor.
Apr 20, 2025 · Vivian ChouMochicream has a stand in Plano, TX at one point and decided to close shop. It was a very sad day to see it go. They had the best mochi ever! Their mochi is flown over from Japan and arrives frozen. Once you thaw it, you get this very soft, delicate texture that's rich and creamy. The most popular one is double mango. It's sold out on the weekends so it's best to order a lot if you are a fan of mango. Other flavor that are a hit, cafe au lait, black sesame, blueberry and azuki. Don't let the price deter you from trying the most amazing mochi.
Sep 19, 2021 · momoI love all of the flavors. My personal favorite is the chocolate mochi. They come frozen, so let them defrost for a tiny bit before eating. Delicious!
Aug 08, 2019 · Niki SammutMy first choice is mango fruit mochi, but they don’t have it. So I get the strawberry michi. It comes with a string and instructions on how to cut the mochi half using the string. It works! The strawberry mochi is very tasty!
Nov 25, 2023 · S HGreat mochi! Definitely better than eating it from a box. It's inside the Mitsuwa market.
