I ordered a poke bowl with raw salmon and tuna through Uber Eats. The first thing that threw me off was the use of pickled jalapenos and jarred mango. Those ingredients don’t belong in a proper poke bowl and should be fresh. The bowl was so overloaded with sauce it was nearly soup.The salmon had a bad, fishy taste and was definitely not fresh. I eat salmon regularly and know what it should taste like. This wasn’t it. I’ve also had stomach issues for three days since eating it.I’ve worked in food service over 20 years and don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this one really missed the mark.

There are 3 locations for this restaurant, but I have only been to two. The Greenbrier location in Chesapeake and the College Park location in Virginia Beach. I like the second location better and I will tell you why. We ordered online, and the pickup was in 10 minutes. I got there, and the food was ready for pickup and the staff was really friendly. We order a strawberry green tea and a Honeydew green tea with strawberry popping boba. Both were delicious and refreshing. For our appetizers, we had the veggie spring rolls. They were light and crunchy, plus they came with sauce. For our entrees, we had teriyaki chicken. I had mine with white rice, veggies, and extra spicy sauce. My husband had his with fried rice and extra spicy sauce. Our daughter had the kids chicken Ramen. She also, on another occasion, had the chicken and fried rice. Sorry, no pic of the kids Ramen. We really enjoyed our food and drinks. I will keep ordering from this location because the Greenbrier location doesn't make their spicy sauce like them. For those who like spicy.

Wasn't thrilled with customer service even during pandemic. The guy behind the curtain was not friendly or helpful at all. I gave them a chance anyway and was not disappointed. The food was amazing I must say. I will probably go again especially if I can order online and just pick up as to avoid poor employee attitude 🙃. I will probably give one more chance in case he was having a bad day. I just expect some kind of friendly interaction when I am spending my hard earned money. Thankfully, I totally enjoyed everything I ordered. It was put together nicely and I really liked the bag they put everything in. Can't give a bad review because the food was excellent.

I went because of the highly good reviews, and I was not disappointed with the quality, taste, and portions of the food. The to-go bowl was setup nicely, broth at the bottom while the rest of the soup items laid on a tray within the bowl keeping it from going into the broth. The place was empty when I went in around 3pm. The only thing that bugged me was the Customer service
