Tokyo Chicken: A lighter, soy-based chicken ramen, made with 100% chicken bones simmered for 12 hours, offering a clean yet profound chicken flavor.
Tantan: A unique blend of Japanese and Malaysian flavors, featuring a spicy sesame curry broth with miso ground pork, cilantro, and coconut milk, creating a creamy and bold taste.
Tsukemen: A distinct "dipping ramen" experience where chilled noodles and toppings are served separately from a highly concentrated hot tonkotsu broth, meant for dipping.
Exceptional Service: Numerous customer reviews highlight the outstanding service, with staff members like Johan consistently receiving praise for their warm greetings, attentiveness, and helpful recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Momosan Ramen & Sake Reviews
I had a great experience at this ramen spot. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Johan, who provided excellent service throughout my visit. He recommended a seasonal cocktail called The Last Petal, a refreshing sake-based drink that was a perfect start to the meal. For lunch, I ordered the Spicy Kakuni Tonkotsu from the menu, and it didn’t disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat, and the braised pork was tender and satisfying. Definitely a bowl of ramen I’d recommend.Overall, great service and solid food—I’ll be back.
April 30 · Roshan RejiAmazing expierience! The food is delicious and the team is super kind! I went 2 days in a row, both times I sat on the counter and was served by Johan! Great guy! If you are in NY, you should give it a try
May 20 · Leandro TavaresFantastic ramen shop. Great service. We were greeted and well taken care of throughout the meal. The ramen was tasty and flavoursome, though a slight too salty for my London tongue. Margarita drinks have a nice balance of sweet and sour. Will return next time I'm in the area.
April 03 · Hansen LokeI got there towards the end of service, but Johan took care of me to get me seated and ordered quickly. The food was exceptional, the spicy chicken dumplings were delicious and the vegan miso ramen with sticky sweet tofu was like a hug in a bowl. Definitely recommend.
April 16 · Angela TMomosan never disappoints me. Spicy Tonkotsu paired with Curry Rice is my go-to for their lunch special. The Spicy Tonkotsu has the right amount of heat and the broth is perfectly cooked. Paired it with their generous portion of Curry Rice and that is indeed value for money. Plus there is no other Chicken Kara-age that can be comparable to Momosan’s. My list of fav dishes at Momosan is endless: brussel sprouts, kakuni bun, gyoza and more. Will def return with friends and family.
