Muku Ramen Reviews
The fried chicken karaage is excellent—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The broth has a sharp, clean taste, perfect for those who prefer a lighter, more refreshing flavor. However, if you enjoy a richer and more concentrated broth, this ramen might feel like it’s missing something. I also appreciate that the noodle type varies depending on the broth type, adding an authentic touch! The staff service was excellent! They had a great attitude and were always attentive, making sure customers were well taken care of.
Feb 16, 2025 · Dai NKOThey have a limited menu currently but the food tastes amazing and the family that runs the restaurant is truly wonderful. The gyozas were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the karaage was extra crispy and tasted extremely tender and fresh - you could tell the oil was fresh. The tsukemen was amazing with extremely tender pork chasu - the best I've had. All in all, it was an amazing meal at a Boston gem!
Dec 29, 2024 · Ayesha Maliwal BundyAmazing service and great food. They have a welcoming atmosphere and the music was also pleasant. Best ramen in Boston so far. Very flavorful. 10/10
Feb 16, 2025 · Ambriah LaniqueThis is the best ramen in U.S. Very authentic, like the ones in Japan. So good. It will be hard to find a place to beat this place. Broth was very deep and rich. Ajitama was perfectly cooked and chashu was so tender and perfectly seasoned.Highly highly recommend if you are looking for authentic ramen.
Dec 15, 2024 · EB RThe karaage was excellent. The batter was crispy and the meat was well marinated and juicy. The tonkotsu ramen had a very strong mushroom taste, which gave it a good amount of umami. However, I will say that the mushroom flavor became a little overwhelming near the end. Really loved the subtle spice of the broth. The chashu was perfect. It melted in my mouth with each bite, and was perfectly seasoned.Overall a great experience and food.
